The room is quite dated. Particularly bad is the TV. It is not even clear anymore.

One of the best 5 star hotel experiences. The shower and bathtub is one of the best across hotels stayed. The attention to detail across amenities and convenience factors was really sensational!

Wonderful services specially for the lounge at 27th floor. The foods there are very tasty and delicate. Every morning, we saw so many smiling faces. Mr. Yu is a very nice and helpful person. There is a deaf bellman who is also very nice person. They all gave us a very impressive memory. What needs to be improved are the property. Some items are old and space for the suite is small.

The stay was very comfortable. There was a staff called Lucy and she was super attentive throughout my stay. She was able to accomodate my needs and I was actually shocked by the overall service of the Langham.

It’s a beautiful property. Breakfast was international style buffet. Just wish they had more authentic northern Chinese breakfast cuisine. Youtiao was not fresh and terribly greasy.

Plenty of hotels to chose for, yet the Langham stands out when it comes to the level of service to international travelers. Most of the staff speaks perfect english, all of them are ready to bend over backwards to help you out or simply look for a way to make your stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Andy Chen for his constant attention at the door and to the manager of the bar area who is a real french wine connaisseur!

A lovely stay. Excellent service. The only issue we had is that the doorman gave the taxi driver the incorrect airport, luckily we left early enough and made it to the right airport.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. We enjoyed every bit of what it offered. It’s so fancy, clean, and well organized. We felt warmly welcomed and relaxed. And awesome vibes too. Love it😃

It’s a great pleasure to stay at this hotel for more than two weeks time. The first experience with bell attendant Andy, who is very friendly and use sign language make us feel better for the hotel. All staff in the hotel are very friendly and willing to be helpful. The breakfast is not only rich but with good taste of traditional Shanghai food some are even better than the reputable restaurant. The chefs and attendants are most local Shanghainese they are extremely friendly with us speaking same dialect. The location is top to none in Shanghai. We are sure will come back again. Many thanks for making us having a comfortable long stay.
