Very easy to check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Stay here every time we head to Denver!

I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was great, the hotel was easy to get to, and the room was great. Breakfast was really nice. 5 stars!

Was very disappointed in Holiday Inn Express. Our room was old, carpet worn, found 2 bugs in bathroom (roaches possibly), bathroom door would not close and I could write my name on the base of the lamp dust! When I expressed these concerns to women behind the desk at check out her only response was “Well dear, you should have called”. We had been traveling for 11 hours and already changed into our pajamas when the bugs came out. Makes me very leary to book another Holiday Inn Express.

Clean and safe. But check in was a little weird… I had to sign an extra “behavioral code” sheet. It did not feel welcoming…just business like.

Our stay was good, the room was good, check in was a bit weird. The woman who checked us in was overly loud for no reason and wore purple lipstick, which was off putting. Then because there are cedar trees on the property, our room smelled like cat pee when we turned on the AC unit. We also found out that there was no hot in the pool area. So it was a good stay but expected more from a Holiday Inn

The flooring was terrible. Needs new carpet. It was ripped. The beds were rumpled.

Lovely hotel with wonderful, friendly staff. However, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The springs poke into your back. Unfortunately , would not choose this hotel again based on the bed alone.

My wife and I stopped for an overnight stay while traveling. The hotel was very clean, the room was great. Staff was friendly and responsive. The hot breakfast was well above the usual fare...we will stay thee again on our next trip.

Just average room. Bed was comfortable. Lighting in bathroom not great. Shower didn’t put out much water. Breakfast staff very friendly. Fair breakfast. Noise level was kept down and good. Kind of pricey for average room. Check in staff didn’t have much to say. Never could find out what breakfast hours were. Nothing in room.
