Stay was fine, just could hear everything around you.

Nice for a 1 night stay. Convenient to eating places. Walls are thin so you hear everything.

Great property that’s very clean and well kept. A couple of oddities were exterior doors didn’t allow you to go back in (had to go thru the front); noisy with respect to hearing people above you; WiFi didn’t work as it was supposed to (front desk had a code that did work though). TV came on in the middle of the night. Hallways too brightly lit. But we would stay there again.

Room smelled a little like a horse. Great otherwise

We reserved a King and ended up with 2 queens. When we entered our room it looked clean, but there was a terrible smell and the AC made a really loud noise.

Very quick courteous check in. Clean rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. Shower was great but need to put a mat for inside the shower. The shower floor was very slippery.

Heater did not work, they came to fix. Cold all night. No where else to stay in town. Would recommend anywhere else. Even Motel 6

Staff was great, but overall this is a below average hotel. Wish I paid an extra $15-$20 to stay at the Hampton Inn.

Really nice hotel. There was severe westher though and I wonder if there is a good place to take shelter. All the wondows make it inviting, but made me nervous while storm was taking place.

Wow! I have to say Kam at the front desk was amazing. He made a difficult drive from Ohio to Utah much easier. Kam's check-in was fast and efficient. He told us hotel information and we were off to the room. The reason for the review: Kam must have overheard our conversation on the way to the elevator. We were discussing my son's funeral arrangements (the reason for our trip). When we returned from getting pizza next door, Kam had made a gift bag of snacks, sodas, and a personalized card. Kam is an asset to this company and should be earmarked for promotion. Thank You Kam!

Eco friendly, efficient, and friendly stay!

For the type of hotel chain it is, I would expect a lot more. My room was on the 1st floor next to a side entry door, the key pad was broken and it said that a replacement had been ordered to replace it. That’s fine, however, the door was alway propped open with a rock. We would remove it and yet it would keep happening, even the staff were propping it open. I didn’t feel comfortable, especially since I was traveling with kids. Anyone not staying at the hotel had easy access to the hotel in my room was right next to that door. I found about 5 to 7 spiders throughout my two day stay one of them being huge coming out of my suitcase. I believe it was from the door being propped open and not properly sprayed. I did also Complain about the spiders. The room next to me seem like it was a nightclub. The music was extremely loud that you can feel the beat of the sound walking next to the door. I went to the front to complain and instead of using the phone of the hotel he got his cell phone now and texted the person. So I believe that maybe an employee lives there. I seen the front desk reception, man also the housekeeper, front desk, and work breakfast. Breakfast was bad. I didn’t feel safe and I felt so the rooms were dirty. They were dusty and clearly the floor hadn’t been cleaned properly. I’m very disappointed with my stay. We travel to the city quite often, and I will never stay here again and I will sure let others know my experience.

Can’t think of anything I liked. We stayed here in January and it was clean no issues felt is was nice booked for this trip and it was dirty breakfast is very limited when we got off the elevator on the 2nd floor there was trash, vacuum, and empty 24pack of beer sitting there. The rooms smelled awful and the sheets were stained. Very disappointed

Our room was clean and beds are comfortable, a priority when traveling. We also like the parking space since we were hauling a trailer. There was a minor confusion with the credit card payment info. The front desk explained that since we booked through Expedia, they didn’t release our cc payment to the hotel, hence it showed a completely different number on the receipt. So it’s all good.
