Newer clean hotel. Small rooms. Very modern feel. Breakfast was more continental with breakfast sandwiches included. Not our favorite.

Staff was great, but overall this is a below average hotel. Wish I paid an extra $15-$20 to stay at the Hampton Inn.

Really nice hotel. There was severe westher though and I wonder if there is a good place to take shelter. All the wondows make it inviting, but made me nervous while storm was taking place.

Wow! I have to say Kam at the front desk was amazing. He made a difficult drive from Ohio to Utah much easier. Kam's check-in was fast and efficient. He told us hotel information and we were off to the room. The reason for the review: Kam must have overheard our conversation on the way to the elevator. We were discussing my son's funeral arrangements (the reason for our trip). When we returned from getting pizza next door, Kam had made a gift bag of snacks, sodas, and a personalized card. Kam is an asset to this company and should be earmarked for promotion. Thank You Kam!

Eco friendly, efficient, and friendly stay!

For the type of hotel chain it is, I would expect a lot more. My room was on the 1st floor next to a side entry door, the key pad was broken and it said that a replacement had been ordered to replace it. That’s fine, however, the door was alway propped open with a rock. We would remove it and yet it would keep happening, even the staff were propping it open. I didn’t feel comfortable, especially since I was traveling with kids. Anyone not staying at the hotel had easy access to the hotel in my room was right next to that door. I found about 5 to 7 spiders throughout my two day stay one of them being huge coming out of my suitcase. I believe it was from the door being propped open and not properly sprayed. I did also Complain about the spiders. The room next to me seem like it was a nightclub. The music was extremely loud that you can feel the beat of the sound walking next to the door. I went to the front to complain and instead of using the phone of the hotel he got his cell phone now and texted the person. So I believe that maybe an employee lives there. I seen the front desk reception, man also the housekeeper, front desk, and work breakfast. Breakfast was bad. I didn’t feel safe and I felt so the rooms were dirty. They were dusty and clearly the floor hadn’t been cleaned properly. I’m very disappointed with my stay. We travel to the city quite often, and I will never stay here again and I will sure let others know my experience.

Can’t think of anything I liked. We stayed here in January and it was clean no issues felt is was nice booked for this trip and it was dirty breakfast is very limited when we got off the elevator on the 2nd floor there was trash, vacuum, and empty 24pack of beer sitting there. The rooms smelled awful and the sheets were stained. Very disappointed

Our room was clean and beds are comfortable, a priority when traveling. We also like the parking space since we were hauling a trailer. There was a minor confusion with the credit card payment info. The front desk explained that since we booked through Expedia, they didn’t release our cc payment to the hotel, hence it showed a completely different number on the receipt. So it’s all good.

Property was clean and fresh. It was easy to get to.

The beds were very comfortable, the blinds in the window didn’t work so we couldn’t get sunlight in! The tiles in the bathroom were loose and wiggled when you walked on them! The ac wouldn’t stay set at the temp we set it at!! This was definitely not a $174 a night room! The breakfast was minimal and worth it, even though it was free!

This was a perfect stay for long business road trip. Everything was well-lit, clean, and well organized, and the night manager Melissa was friendly and helpful. The entry light to my room wasn't working, and she apologized and got my to a new room right away. The room was clean, very functional, and quiet - plenty of USB charging ports, yay! I thought the gym was one of the best-equipped hotel gyms I've ever used. The gentleman on the morning desk was kind and kept a close eye on the breakfast area to make sure it was stocked and clean. I appreciated the variety of simple grab & go options like the veggie egg omelette. Would definitely stay here again.

The comforter was stained with what I'm hoping/pretending was chocolate. I was disappointed there was no in-room coffee maker or microwave, although there was a very small mini-fridge. The shower was great and I enjoyed the shampoo/conditioner/body wash that was supplied. Breakfast was okayish, but I felt for the price, it wasn't a great deal.

This place was great!! Check-in was smooth and the manager was super friendly. One light bulb was blinking in our room and she immediately gave us another room with an “I’m sorry”!! The room was clean, big TV, nice warm shower and fluffy white towels. Beds were very comfortable. Victor took care is is at breakfast and he was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, meat eating, non-dairy or need gluten free - you can have a filling breakfast. No coffee on the room, but nice hot coffee in the breakfast area. We would stop here again.

Front desk was rude, told me to change my payment method through the app, I couldn’t, told me I could pay at the desk./ so that’s what I expected

We got in really late and the guy had our paperwork out and all ready for us. It was so nice when we were tired. We had to leave early and the coffe and breakfast was perfect.

Our room was comfortable but dirty. The bathroom had a dirty sock behind the door and the shower stall was gross. Needless to say, we were too tired from our journey to complain but we would not stay here again

Nice place for price.

It was pretty basic, not very clean, and the system was down when we arrived so it was very disorganized. The front desk person was having a really hard time, but to be fair, was trying to keep his cool. The coffee was good, but there wasn’t much of a choice for breakfast. The bed was OK. But for the price point, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. Because it’s so simple and basic the cost should be a lot less than it is.

Quick stay. Nice that they allowed pets but website should indicate there’s an additional charge and how much that will be so it’s not a surprise. There was something outside our room or in the wall that made banging noises randomly all night, we could never determine what it was.

Really clean and seems very well kept. Wish I would have caught her name, but front desk was very helpful!
