Room stank of smoke all night. AC didn’t work. Mattress is lumpy and stained. Wine option in Club that you pay extra for is very very basic and unpleasant.
Staff are all very lively and helpful though

First class service! The room was spotless with extra touches given by the cleaning staff. The dining was wonderful! The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. We received a ride to and from the airport and both were with friendly staff who showed us the city highlights on our drive. I highly recommend the Leela Palace!

One of the top notch room service and dining scene. We stayed with our teenage kids in June/July. Our stay was luxurious and Comfortable. Sahab and his team took care of all our needs from small to big. True hospitality.

The leela hotel in Delhi is a excellent hotel. The staff is fantastic and very helpful.
We had arranged with the hotel for an airport drop. Not only they helped with the baggage they helped us check in at the counter and looked after us till the end. We were very happy and satisfied with the stay

The service at Leela is excellent. Ankit Gullia did a great job helping me through the check in process at the Delhi airport- making my flight back stress free and enjoyable. I definitely plan to stay at the Leela Palace the next time I’m in Delhi:)

Amazing hospitality from the time you enter to the time you check out. I really enjoyed that I entered the hotel and they accompanied straight to the room without feeling out any paperwork and waiting in reception. That is truly a unique experience. The team were very well accomodating and the continued gestures was overwhelmingly hospitable. Thank you for such a great experience.

Our first time in India and stayed two nights at the Leela Palace after reading all the excellent reviews. Booking into a Premier Royal room gave a one way airport pickup or drop off which we used to get to the hotel. This took the pressure away from finding a taxi that would actually deliver us to the hotel safely. Our driver was amazing and informative. On arrival at the hotel we were treated like royalty and our room was very nice. Only down side was staff in the Cube restaurant need more training around dietary issues that people may have. My wife is vegan and they struggled to understand what was or wasn’t vegan. Sometimes we ordered food and it never arrived. Overall a fantastic stay and we probably would return.

Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. This is a luxurious hotel which I can thoroughly recommend
