The room is OK, but breakfast is the same every day and served by the box is disappointing.

The room does equip with most of necessity daily uses electric equipments , it is impressive. But there is with cockroach smell around near kitchen area. And the pillows too soft to me.

Comfortable stay with family. Near to KLCC and plenty of food options if you decide to stay in. Only downside is the packed daily breakfast. Limited options. Would have been better if buffet spread is available.

Hotel location was near KLCC. If you have big family or small kids which requires daily cooking or washing, this apartment would be ideal for you. However, you might want to arrange your own breakfast. The breakfast was served in packed meal and choices were limited. After a few days, you would have tried all the food choices.

Extremely comfortable stay for our family of 5. Excellent suite layout to accommodate our toddler and baby - they gave us a beautiful crib. Fantastic rooftop pool and location to Linc mall, restaurants, etc. Friendly staff and very clean. Nice breakfast options too.

The lap pool on the roof top was great as well as the other pool. Quiet and nice view. The room was bigger than expected and very spacious and quiet! Beyond my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay there and will come back when I need to go to KL. Also, the hotel is 10/15 min walk to the Petronas Towers so great location with malls and supermarkets and restaurants around. Perfect really!

Would have given 5 stars if not for the cleanliness. There was a few ants crawling at the bed headboard area. Carpet cleanliness need to be better. The counter staff are friendly. Overall is fine except the ant’s incident. Attached photo of the ant crawling.

Blown away by incredible fully furnished apartment- in excellent condition
Full functioning kitchen, dining and living area and full walk-in closet - what a price. True value much higher especially that there is the truly caring staff who communicated perfectly

The staff was very helpful and immediately offer to bring our shopping bags to our room as he saw us carrying lots of thing and was caught in the rain. Thank you.

The housekeeping lady was rude when I requested a towel from her as she said call 0 for housekeeping , when I called the housekeeping previous night for the towel , it never came. Other than that everything else is good.

Didn't expect to get such a great night stay at a studio. It was very clean, very spacious and all things came in handy!
Only setback was that breakfast was packed food and some of them were not really nice (presentation was nice though). I would like to suggest to change vendor for nasi lemak and doughnut. Even typical local packing but with good taste would be appreciated.

Many restaurants nearby even grocery so we can cook simple foods.
Location is near to Intermark Mall and Suria Petronas.

Ants everywhere, wall, desk, floors, restrooms. They do not fulfill toothbrush etc and you need to call for it. Strongly not recommend

Unacceptable to call breakfast buffet and deceives customers - its a small airline tupe meal box with cold hard food in it - only get cuoce of western or malay - absolutely no choice in what you qctually eat as it all packed by them
Unacceptable to trick customers with motion sesors to cut off air-condition- was not working and the engjneer said thye wait for cistomers to complain the they reset eh air-condition to swich off motoon sensor only if yhe customer complains its too hot!!
Unacceptable to call it an apart hotel ! , the room was very small - onlybone room with ensuite tiny tiny bathroom and a tiny kitchenette inside the bedroom - this is just a small single hotel room and not an apart hotel

A nice place for the price - we would definitely stay again. Staff was very considerate and room was clean. View was great! Only thing missing was in house dining/bar.

Front desk staff was professional and friendly; apartment was good fit for us; timely housekeeping; grocery, restaurants (including Celebrity Chef Wan's place} next door in the Linc and another grocery 3 blocks away in Landmark along with excellent restaurants. Pool, exercise room, resident lounge on top of building were very clean.
