This is a disaster hotel. The rooms are nice and clean but everything else is a disaster. The staff seems not to care about the guests at all. The pool area has 5 sun beds for all guests to share. The staff at the rooftop restaurant just lets dirty dishes left all day. There is no service. They forgot to buy our tickets and arrange our driver to the Taj Mahal. Nothing works but the rooms. It clearly needs management. On checkout a long line of guests formed - and everybody was unhappy.

The property was good. Kids area was under maintenance so that was a bummer. Breakfast was good, with variety of options, however there was huge rush, and service to deliver live good was not good enough. There was a lot of waiting, or food was delivered to the table cold. The dinner on the other hand was very good and served hot. The infinity pool is awesome, really had good time with my family.

The room was not very clean. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years in our room. There were wall tiles made of cloth that were simply nailed back onto the wall as opposed to pulling them. It lookedshabby given the name brand. Breakfast was satisfactory and well worth it if you booked it in advance on a website, especially for a whole family. Pool on the roof looked quite nice. We only spend one night and wasn't overly impressed by the hotel. Staff did not seem to engaged. All in all if you get a super great deal for this hotel and you're just staying one night to see the Taj, it's fine. Don't have to high expectations given quality and luxury that the brand is known for.

If you are planning to visit Taj mahal this property is walkable diatance. The hotel staff is very attentive and pleasant.

The hotel staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The dinner was excellent and the room was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and beds were nice. The negative was that there was a strong odor in common areas and showed signs of aging. Pool view was nice.

Excellent location. Very close to Taj Mahal.
The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Their travel desk is amazing. Particularly impressed by the services provided by Mr Lavi. He arranged for our to and fro travel from Delhi, organized a tour guide for Taj Mahal. All with several schedule changes.
Other staff was also very nice.
Their rooftop pool is great. Has direct view of the Taj Mahal, which is pretty cool.
The property however is need of some renovation.

When we checked into this Taj hotel we did not receive a clean room. I expressed this to the staff at breakfast and they went above and beyond to the point that they gave me an upgraded different room. I was appreciative of this gesture and it made us feel very welcome. Breakfast at this hotel is excellent - it is a must to include in your booking. Thank you Yogesh and Mayank for turning our experience around.

Definitely recommend this hotel , about a good 10 min walk to the taj and very well worth it. Great pool as well .

The fact that i wasnt alowd to take my Bose speaker into my room to listen to my music. I would not book this hotel again. They should have that on there website that you are not allowed to bring the speaker to the room. also thay want you to pay for room service everytime you ordered anything cannot charge it to the room.

We had the most amazing time, the property is beautiful and staff are warm and welcoming. The food was awesome and the room was really nice and clean. Will come back.

Very noisy room. Couldn’t sleep. Went to restaurant only to be told it’s closed because one group booked it all. I guess everyone else staying in the hotel don’t matter. Carpet in the room had stains. Toilet leaked. Very poor standard - expected better from Taj.

Ground floor ambience is spacious and welcoming. They surprised us with white chocolate version of Taj Mahal replica. Gym is spacious and nice. Several restaurant options.
On the cons side, floor hallway carpets were dirty and need professional cleaning. Room carpet area was dirty and needs cleaning as well. Shower drain was clogged.
Overall, the Taj at Agra came across as a 3-star for its cleanliness and dated bathrooms.

Beautiful hotel with a very friendly, talented and professional staff. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the food and variety of dining areas were excellent! Simply the best!

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The main lobby was clean and exquisite. Check in took about 45 minutes. Our room smelled musty and after waking up in the morning, we found our bedding, hair and clothes to be moist. There was water (condensation) dripping from the inside of the windows and room’s walls. There was clearly an issue with the air system in the room.

Infinity pool at the top, programs by Subroto, morning buffet breakfast, lounge area and overall behavior and friendliness of all the employees were brilliant!
didnt like- playroom area, few stuffs were outdated and while we were checking in we had to wait for over 15mins before someone entertained us.

We stayed for just 1 night but the hospitality was great! We were upgraded to a suite with lounge access which we loved. Everyone was very helpful. The decor and up keep of the place were impressive

Very good value for the money. Did not like how some staff (housekeeping, restaurant) urged us repeatedly to provide reviews of their service on travel site. We understand it’s important but it appeared quite aggressive. The housekeeping manager on our floor kept wanting to put additional toiletries that were neither wanted or needed while we were obviously busy with phone calls to family and recovering from the day’s activities.

Overall the stay was nice, but I wouldnt spend too many nights here. If your planning to see the Taj Mahal and surrounding tourist attractions I would see those and try to leave after one or two nights.

Very nice and comfortable international hotel, walking distance from the Taj Mahal. I would give the restaurants 4 stars, but the hotel itself is 5 star.
