Lovely hotel staff very friendly and facilities great. We used the gym which had all top quality facilities. Excellent hotel will definitely stay again

The location is excellent. Really liked the pool, buffet breakfast and staff are very helpful. The restaurant is really good as well.

There were too many mosquitoes on the property. In the room, balcony, poolside, lobby, just everywhere and birds at the breakfast area. Mosquitoes were very unpleasant as didn't want to go to the pool except once, and had to have the mosquito burner all day/night in the room.

The Deevana Plaza is absolutely one of the best hotels I've ever visited. It's clean and modern, yet it has some traditional features, the service is excellent and the breakfast buffet has everything you would want. The in-house amenities like room service and laundry service is very good and the pool is always clean. Personally I would recommend to eat dinner somewhere else, since the dinners at the restaurant isn't very exiting or especially cheap. There are always a couple of taxis/tuk-tuks right outside the hotel. There are lots of ATM's in the area, a 7eleven, a Family Mart and the night market is right over the road. I celebrated my birthday when I was there and one day we came home from the beach, a lovely little birthday cake was waiting for me 😊

Three hotel is nice. Three staff is great and very helpful. We had a room with access to the pool and it was great. The location was great. However, Krabi is not a destination i would ever go back to. It's boring and the island are nothing to brag about. Thailand has the noisy beautiful beaches and island but you would not find them in Krabi.

It was my birthday during my stay with Deevana Plaza. Every year, I will have a getaway birthday holiday with my family. And this is my 1st time the hotel send me a birthday cake, with the birthday song too! The uniqueness is their staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful (even with limited English vocab). They will greet you everytime you get pass through them. They made our process from booking, checking in and checking out smooth and easy. They help us a lot during the stay and we get the late check out for free!

Nice rooms, great breakfast and restaurant, great service from staff. Nice pool. Quiet area. Great spa. Lots of restaurants and the beach within walking distance. Would stay again!

Stayed for 3 nights in november. The hotel was clean ,Nice room and a good breakfast (good indian Food) the hotel was in walking distanse from 2 night markers and lots of shops and restaurants

This is second time fir me stay this hotel. Booking with pool access room, this time wasn’t really satisfied for the room company the 1st time. Overall service and the staff was great service.

Decent location, just beside Ao Nang Night Market and pretty near to Ao Nang Beach. The service was very good and the staff tried their best to help us with whatever questions or requests we have. However, we think in terms of cleanliness it could have been improved. There were stains on our blanket and pillow case which we got them changed. We also encountered stains (grey / pinkish red) on our towels and we had to request a change of them a few times. That being said the staff was very patient with us and responded to our requests very quickly.

All staff are so friendly and helpful. The food at Kingfisher restaurant are wonderful but breakfast buffet has less choices for selection. Overall is perfect.

The facility is quite good. However, since it is too close to the night market, there is cockroach.

Uncleaned dinner food my family and i had food poisoning.Not good room service , unfriendly general manager and employee.

Staff was amazing and very nice! There were a lot of kids at this resort. The location is not very close to Ao Nang beach (20 minute walk), so it would have been nice if they had a shuttle there and back all day (they only have 4 per day).

1-cleaning- in the first day there were stains of toothpaste on the shelf. It stays till the checkout... 2-the drainage of the shower was blocked. I complained and they sent a lady to fix it. after a while she said that it’s ok. it was not ok, and I complained again. It was fixed. 3-during the checkin I requested to give the credit card as a deposit of 3000 baht , in case of taking something from the minibar or if any item will be missing. when I checked out , they checked the room and say that everything is fine. I asked to cancle the deposit, but the answer was that it will take about 2 weeks.it the first time that I face such action! 4-the team in the restaurant does not remove the empty dishes till i asked to. 5-the team in the reception were professional and friendly!
