Lovely hotel, great layout with a nice area to get into the sea to see lots of different fish. All inclusive value for money with lots of options and branded soft drinks.

Great visit, nice place and location, the food was ok but repetitive and the entertainment was poor. Staff were great and the snorkelling was amazing.

A lot of choise of dishes which change day by day. The resort is fabulous... Swimming pools, rich in palm-trees, a staff that welcome you kindly and ready to help you for everything. Well linked with shuttle bus if you want to go to soho square, old market and naama bay. Next to the resort there are also a lot of shops if you want to take souvenirs. Beautiful also the beach. We like it so much. I hope we will have the possibility to return again

We liked the hotel very much! We were there with a family. The territory is very comfortable, the buildings are located in one line, so you won't get lost. There are several pools, you can choose to your taste: with music and entertainment, with a water slide or quieter and more secluded. Excellent food, you can always choose to your taste, there is always a lot of food, the service is fast. Respectful and attentive attitude of the staff, all issues are quickly resolved. Beautiful reef! The child was delighted with so many fish. The stingrays also came to the seashore. Incredible! Excellent animation, the guys always tried to involve, but they didn’t insist if you just want to chill. Contests are fun, and competitions in the pool are exciting. Rooted for the guys to hoarseness in the voice))

We had a lovely stay here. The food was good, the included drinks were good (include a reasonable alcholic selection). There isn't anything really around the hotel. You need to take a taxi / bus. Evening entertainment was 'patchy'. We stayed in the first block 1007, and it was really, really loud as the entertainment was outside, and about 20 feet from our room. Our room was a 'swim up' room which really meant that there was a small pool shared with other people on the row. Nice little Jetty into the sea with great snorkelling. My son got a good haircut. I had a facial which I didn't paritcuarly rate. Jeweler was nice. We come from the UK and i struggle a bit with the constant triangulation via dollar or euros with everything Felt like i was always being ripped off with exchange rate, but, that's egypt in general, rather than the hotel. The room was nice in general. The bathroom was a bit shabby. The wall tiles could do with a clean. The room safes need updating. We had two rooms and both of us had problems with safe misbehaving. I'd go back though - just wouldn't bother paying extra for a 'swim up' room and would as to be a block or two down. The only downside to that would be the wifi is in the main hotel. You only get a reliable (albeit slow) connection in the hotel. We got a patchy connection, being in the first block. Just about good enough for whatsapp. Not wifi further down.

I stayed at this property for 4 days and it was terrible experience unfortunately the 3 days I was there the a/c was not working and they came into my room at least 7-10 times trying to fix it and this was very disturbing Staff were very unhelpful and rude and the bartender would beg you to buy a drink that is not included in the all inclusive because they only serve Egyptian alcohol in the all inclusive deal which it was very bad Food was ok but not want you expecting when you go to a 5 star hotel After 12 they have nothing all inclusive and room service is extra charge even if you have all inclusive mini bar is also extra charge if you have all inclusive over all nothing about this hotel shows that it’s a 5 star hotel It’s probably less than 3 stars Very disappointed very very

It's nice overall. The only downside is the beach; it's only fit for good swimmers, not sand beach to lie on. The food is good but needs more variety. The animation team is professional. It was a good stay, anyway.

Lovely resort for a 4 star hotel, WIFI is not avail so you have to purchase it in order to use and it’s not reliable in different areas of the resort. Food is Reasonable, plentiful and repetitive. Very low grade house wine and only one beer brand. I think for breakfast the staff should serve the beverages instead of having long lines on one coffee machine. Pools are lovely, animation team is very fun and lovely people. Staff is very attending and nice and all wants tips cuz you can’t blame them cuz they work About 14-16 hours 7 days a week non stop for two months before they ll get a a 2 weeks holiday for about $150 a month salary. Excursion guides are nice but rather cunning cuz they ll try to take you places to buy things where they ll get commissions. All souvenirs are 50-100% marked up, thus, you can bargain. Also you can bargain the taxi fairs especially from the airport. The rides should not exceed $15 at most for most resorts locations. Diving is beautiful though.

Rooms : nice , good size, clean , and for pool view rooms you should close curtains to have your full privacy. Pool: many small ones unheated except for the biggest one next to beach Beach: wonderfull for only skilled swimmers but small one . beach is rocky , rocks instead of sand every where . Food: good but do not expect different cuisines Wifi : extra charge Location : not far from soho square and airport( 10 minutes by car) Service : good , the only bad thing was that the safe in my room was broken and my repair request was ignored but i only asked once. Night shows: small place next to the lobby is used for shows No night club no gym only spa Kids area available Animation by the beach is lame , done on a very small area as a portion of the small beach A good thing is that in front of the hotel you find many shops for everything

Xperience Sea Breeze is a well-kept facility with direct access to the sea, where you find a private beach area with a nice setting. My room (1703), with partial sea-view, is located near the beach. It was quiet and comfortable and the housekeeper did an excellent job. I had half board and enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner options. The restaurant staff is very friendly. Once or twice a week there an outdoor BBQ option. The animation team was lively. A negative point was the wifi, which was very slow and highly unstable. Still, the reception had the audacity to charge for it. Ukrainian tourists make up almost all the guests, so there was not so much ‘international hotel spirit’, so to speak, during my stay.

Very good but the food not good for five star hotel

The evening entertainment leaves a lot to be desired. Repetitive and more like amateur/school presentation. Usually finished by 22.00.

The negative points are their airport transfers are not free, their position is far from city center so mostly all public transports will charge you so high even for minibus. Their navette service is limited (need to book in the morning and at night they only have 1 or 2 departures). Their food is not bad.

The place was amazing. Away from the busy naama Bay. Near to the beach. The food is OK. There is a market just opposite the hotel for souvenirs, pharmacy, and groceries.

First, when we arrived they asked us to provide an official document that saying that we just got married, which we did to get our honeymoon room but it took more than an hour and when we asked them to get WiFi password they told us it's extra charge while it was included here in my reservation and he was arguing with me till I showed him that in my hotels app. Everything is different than pics . The room wasn't clean and we found some dead bugs, our reservation was a king bed and we had 2 small bed connected which has a gap in the middle and it was annoying as attached pic. In the end the most thing bother us is when we did a couple massage the guy in the reception took a 100 dollar and gave us the changed with a local currency and stole 10 dollars . A lot of bad things happened in two days unfortunately. Not recommend at all. Not deserve 3 stars hotel, I do not now how they got five stars !

Xperience Sea Breeze is a very nice hotel, with exceptional service. The accommodations are a 4.0, but the staff more than make up the difference in the 5 start rating. For the price and location, it would be very hard to beat the Sea Breeze experience. Will definitely return!

The Sea Breeze is a beautiful resort. Only stayed for one night so I did not get familiar with the area and the overall location of the hotel but it seems as though they have plenty of activities to keep you and your family occupied. My only gripe is having to go to the front desk for everything when our room was a 5 minute walk uphill from the lobby (and we were relatively close!). Want the wifi? Come to the lobby. Need a taxi reservation for the next day? Come to the lobby. Make it more convenient for guests who just want to relax.
