Would recomend a tower view I had a city view and it wasnt great.
Staff are atentive and eager to help.

My mom and I had an issue while staying at this hotel. However, when we spoke to a woman (I believe her name is Jenny) at the front desk, she was incredibly helpful. She had her manager get in touch with me and my mom. The manager was excellent. I wish I could remember her name. This was several months ago but I wanted to write a review because Jenny and her manager were absolute helpful and understanding. I hope that both of them get a raise or get bumped up in management because they are people who know how to take care of their guests.

Stayed with my mum (60 yo) and a 5 year old niece. We loved everything: starting from welcoming and most polite staff, endless options of the delicious breakfast, clean and quiet pool zone with everything required. We stayed at the Barbie room and not only my niece was over the roof with joy, but myself and my mum felt like living a little girls’ dream. Will definitely choose Grand Hyatt again.

The first view straight out of the lobby is the Petronas Tower and that sets the mood for your stay. The breakfast spread is fantastic and it’s organic. The speed and quality of service is top notch. Rooms are spacious and very well designed. Would definitely return to stay here.

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay.
The location is perfect since Bukit Bintang is a short 10 minutes walk.
The breakfast bufett was opulent and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Nadim at the front desk was very accommodating and and very nice.

Well appointed and good location. Staff are great and service is excellent. Would highly recommend. Only downside is even though I am Hyatt member they won’t give me points because I booked via Expedia. No other complaints.

- Hotel breakfast seems more organic compared with other surrounding 5 stars hotels
- The breakfast area staffs are very friendly and helpful
- Room service is fast and friendly
Dislike:
- Limited of parking space
- Late luggage delivery, have to wait for about 30mins
- No greeting from lobby just because I wear short pant and T-shirt, but greet when I dressed properly
- Terrible house keeping service, asked for room touch-up but at the end no action being taken

Corner room has the best view of the twin towers. Room is spacious and love the Balmain bathroom amenities. Very good service but no turndown though. Not too big a deal for us.

Truly a 5 start experience with helpful staff, epic views, fully loaded gym, pool, spa and next level dining options. The sky lobby with view of petronas towers is truly a sight to see.

Hotel really needs an upgrade, quite dated. Room had a smaller TV. We had an empty beer bottle in the common area near the lift area on level 21 for over 24 hrs. Asked staff a few times shortest distance to KLCC and each time it was a different route 1) take the street route which is a 15min walk in the Malaysian heat 2) go through the outdoor car park which was shorter and finally 3) a beautiful cool mostly indoor walk from a back door of the hotel! Over 3 days we took 3 different routes.
The carpets needed a good vacuum - this is in the common areas.
