perfect airport location and amenities in aerocity

Very small room for such a high price, very suffocating as the view from the window was also blocked by a high wall, was feeling like jail.
Hotel's service and cleanliness was very good though

The service levels were impeccable - from the moment we checked in, and they remained throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and offered everything we needed. A nice touch was the huge TV screens, with Netflix built in, meaning we could continue to watch our favourite shows.

Good ,middle-of-the-road hotel. Leans towards business patrons, but the pool is good for families. Convenient for the airport and Aerocity is surprisingly good.

Really great hotel with excellent location. They had 24*7 food service. I saw a lot of staff who were deaf and dumb it is a really great initiative Lemon tree has taken to help them and they were also super helpful as we’re travelling with a baby.

Check took so long. Had elderly parents with us who were not well and the check in took more than 15 minutes. Everything is electronic nowadays so it should be faster

The interiors are outdated. WiFi sucks. Definitely not value for money.

Regarding dinner buffet, some more dishes are requested such as antipasto, fresh salada, western style dishes.

Had a wonderful stay at the property. The staff is really cordial and professional. I interacted with Nitin and Anshu from the front office and Kulbir and Ankit from concierge who ensured I had a pleasant stay.
Overall really happy with the exceptional service.

The service provided for pick up and drop off to and fro from the airport was excellent. The WiFi in the room was not good along with no TV, which was really disappointing.
The IT had to come twice and were very apologetic and also asked if I could change rooms but changing rooms at 2 am night was inconvenient.

My parents arrived at the hotel slightly ahead of the check-in time and inquired about the possibility of an early check-in. Initially, one of the staff members informed them that they could check in early for an additional fee of 800 rupees. When my parents declined to pay the extra fee, the staff member returned after half an hour to inform them that their room was ready. It felt like they were attempting to extract extra money from senior citizens, which is not the kind of behavior one expects from a reputed brand like Lemon.

Staff were excellent, friendly and attentive but not intrusive. Accomodation was comfortable with good size room, environment within the resort is lovely, dining options very good, food was delicious and facilities good. Location excellent for travellers as very close to airport. Would definitely recommend

It was ok, not very clean, bed definitely not a king. Not terrible but not how the pictures make it seem. Staff were friendly enough and overall felt safe for the most part except for what seemed to be staff wandering around the halls at all hours. Not the best smells in the hallway or room. Strange fowl smell from AC.

We were transiting through Delhi and wanted a place close to the airport. Lemon Tree was perfect. It is right next door to World Mark mall with its many restaurants and food court. The room was very clean and well furnished. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional. The front desk staff were very helpful. I have nothing negative to say about my experience at this hotel. Would strongly recommend.

Customer service was not as good as i expected for this type of hotel. Not enough staff at the reception and very noise and busy breakfast hall with limited staff to assist.
