The rooms were comfortable, very clean, and spacious. We so enjoyed their breakfast buffet that we had it all 3 days of our stay. The staff were attentive, respectful, helpful and friendly. The pools were clean and well maintained.

The hotel itself is well located and clean. The staff especially at the front desk is top notch, reliable, honest and trustworthy. She even contacted me to let me know that she charged my card higher than it should be. She voided the transaction and charged the correct amount.
The only thing that I think is OFF is the live band which is until 10:30 in the evening. It was not really good for guests who wanted to rest early especially for those who need to catch an early flight.

Although it was nice to be in a decent hotel, Id have to say our stay in this particular hotel wasn't to our expectations. When we entered the room the first thing we noticed was this dusty/musty feeling. The longer we stayed in the room, the more we realized how slightly suffocating the room was. The a/c slightly helped circulate some air, but if you turned it off, the room would feel humid and dusty.
Some members of my family noticed that areas near the bed (especially in corners) had piles of dust and seemed untouched. Adding into that, the bedsheets (although didn't look dirty) felt uncomfortable and had that same dusty feeling the entire room had.
However, the service and food the hotel provided (along with the amazing pools and cute koi pond) helped make the stay feel a little bit better. We weren't staying in the hotel for long periods of time, considering Coron has lots of activities.
Also, I would like to comment that in the night, there were possibly 2-3 cats that screamed and ran around the hotel. I'm not sure if any of the workers were aware of this situation, but I hope they deal with it in the future, for the sake of other guests.

Love the staff , cleanliness of the place. The bed is ok, was able to get some good sleep. The TV was not fixed despite telling the front staff (probably don't have a spare). Overall would like to recommend this place.

the a/c in our room was leaking getting the floor wet and slippery which is very unsafe. i almost slipped because you won't notice that the floor was already wet.

Location was fantastic, not too crowded. The property staff were friendly and attentive at all times. The resort are set off lovely paved walkways, the pool was well maintained and a good size. We also enjoyed our little private patio for quiet time overlooking the water, coffee maker and small fridge are available . Air con and the shower was strong and hot.

All the staff are friendly and very kind and very helpful.
We just had an issue with the air conditioning unit which they had to replace at the middle of the night.
But overall I will still recommend this place to people visiting Coron.

Maybe the best hotel in/ near Coron town. Very good facilities and staff are helpful. Easy to get into town but also the food options are great in the restaurant. Excellent stay!

This property is a bit removed from town making it nice and quiet and the tricycles to town are very affordable. The room was great as was the pool area. The food wasn’t the best and was a bit overpriced.

Great hotel, lots of swimming pools to choose from, I love the nightly live band during dinner. The only thing I don’t like is the food they serve not so tasty.

A decent place to stay at. All the staff were friendly and helpful. In-house massage was great but one suggestion please. Relaxing music inside the Spa Room would be better.

Stayed here to be near town before we go to exclusive resorts farther away from town. This resort offers the best value in room and property amenities, food, excellent friendly staff and cleanliness. I will be sure to return in my next visit! Thank you!!

We reserved one style of room, but got something different. What we reserved was just a suggestion. Not cool.

staff very helpful, restaurant buffet breakfast and airport pick up service price reasonable. We are 3 persons, if go town, all driver said 40 perso /head. I alway paid totally 100 or 120 everytime. Good swimming pool for my kid, swim everyday although after join tour. Free wifi conpon at resort.

If you are expecting a US-type resort, you may be disappointed. This property is fairly run down. Our room had mold in the sealant around the bathroom sinks and a sink faucet was loose and coming out. Our family of 4 all got traveller's diarrhea presumably from eating the vegetables at the buffet (we had not eaten anywhere other than the hotel when we started getting sick). The food was generally acceptable but nothing great.
We liked that we were not in the center of town which is fairly chaotic and loud. It was very easy to get to town via tricycle. We felt safe. The room was cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly.
