I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. I would recommend it to my friends and colleagues, and I will definitely book there again on my next visit to Cebu.

Every corner include mattress ants & cocrcach.

When I am in Cebu, i ALWAYS stay at Elegant Circle. Cannot beat the location. Only a short walk away to any 5 or 6 public transport lines. Shjops and eateries only a few steps away. Robinson's Mall, less than 5 minutes. Taxis are always available, day or night. Quiet , surprising as its right across multi-lane roundabout that is the Fuente Osmeña. Major government offices are also up and down the avenue. Lots and plots of plus'es.

That the room did not have a window to the outside. The hotel is old, need renovation. Towels were not that clean.

My room number was 211 small room but no windows. Tv did not work . hot water for the bathroom coming but yo have to wait several minutes

Convenience, accessible to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, transportation. What I didn’t like was the AC, not cold. We have to moved 3x before we had a good working AC

The place is very accessible to wherever you wanna go both in uptown and downtown area. Housekeeping staff are very courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. Front desk and security guard who worked on February 10 morning needs to work on their customer service attitude, so frustrating especially the security guard. Otherwise the place is Ok

Is a ok place. Very central and people working there are very friendly. Rooms are simple. Wifi and aicon was good. As most hotels is lacking maintenance.

I had a leak in bathroom via a storm changed room at 2300 hrs because I had another booking for 2 more nights a week later I was promise an upgrade never happened

Elegant Circle Inn is a bit old and outdated. Water pressure is a bit low but all that is fine. I come here all the time when I am in Cebu because it is right in the center of the city where all the restaurants and shopping centers are. It is very convenient to eat and get beer when you arrive.

Very convenient and accessible to everything you need in Cebu. There are free shuttle services going to different malls just within 2mins walk. Close walking distance to the hospital, nearby shops and great dining places.

Ants in room, towels and blanket old, torn and soiled, sink broken, sewer smell from sink, picture of room nothing like actual room, cockroaches in restaurant floor and tables. NO HOT WATER
