Good services

Our stay was very pleasant! The hotel was nice and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed their breakfast, which had a good variety of options. Just some minus points for the manager. When we arrived, he sent us a welcome card, which was a nice personal touch. However, the card was only addressed to my husband, even though we both stayed there. I jokingly told my husband that I had done all the hard work, but he got all the credit! lol.

Overall a memorable stay, but the highlight was Salinda’s awesome staff which always went above and beyond. Best hotel staff experience ever.

Excellent hotel/resort in Phu Quoc with fantastic breakfast. Service is very good. Lived the sunset bar at the pool. Incredible sunsets!

This hotel is a picturesque beach front resort. The pearl suite villa is amazing. I will admit i was disappointed that trees blocked what would be an amazing ocean view, but everything else about the property made up for that. Unfortunately my 5 star review is tarnished by restaurant waiters with coughs serving food and a bad spa experience. Our couples massage was interrupted by a sick masseuse coughing in our ear. Id probably let this go if i didn't bring home this sickness with me :(

Amazing Resort

This is one of the best resorts you will ever stay at. The amenities and staff are truly wonderful and the complimentary breakfast is the best we’ve ever experienced. The resorts restaurants are superb and there are numerous local dining options within easy walking. This is our 5th time to Salinda and it won’t be our last. Thanks to Sa and Dong helping us at breakfast and Duyen at the bar.

I stayed here for four nights, and everything was great! Location is super, the beds are really comfy, great food (especially the Italian restaurant).

We had a pleasant stay at this property. All the staff was so attentive, polite and very helpful.

It is definitely a 5 stars worth the price. Wife had 2 spa treatments and our 7 year old get to spend spare time in seperate kids activity room. The breakfast is best is an understatement. Private beach very well maintained. Lastly, special thanks Salinda's front desk staff "Duy" who went beyond his ways to resolve our phone sim card issues. Duy is super helpful in any questions we've had during the 7 nights stay. Will definitely visit again

The hotel delivers a perfect level of service. The food in the restaurants is very good. The staff are all incredibly polite and helpful. Only down side for us was very noisy children in the pool during the day shouting and throwing balls around. (Not all children, most were well behaved)

Beautiful hotel with excellent level of service. The room was comfortable and full of little attentions, such as a calming tea delivered everyday as part of the turndown service. The pool is large and at the perfect temperature. The beach is clean and has the perfect exposure for the sunset. The only point I could nit pick on would be the price of the food and drinks menu which is about 10x the local prices. I ended up leaving the resort for every meal. I would definitely stay there again for my next trip to the island.

This is probably one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. What lacks in modernity in terms of the facility is definitely made up with the highly skilled staff. The staff are amazing and they are extremely attentive, kind, and go out of their way to make sure you have an unbelievable vacation. I would highly recommend this resort for anybody travelling to Phu Quoc. The property could use some minor updates, but overall very pleasant stay.

Very old hotel. Drinks have hair. And ask all requests hotel say no. But bed comfortable

It's an awesome place and well worth the stay. However, the on site food, drinks, and spa are a tad pricey. Still top notch and enjoyable.

The Salinda is sooooooo good. We had an amazing time here. The food and drinks are delicious. The rooms are lovely and clean. Staff are very nice and kind- excellent service. The pool and beach are clean and amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about this resort. They made our stay in Phu Quoc special.

We had a 4-night stay and we loved every minute. Impeccable service, spotless and a truly beautiful setting. A slick airport transfer, to a well-staffed concierge and reception to friendly and efficient staff at breakfast, around the pool and in the restaurants. The private section of the beach is really special, sand is white, the water in clear and you get impressive sunsets. We had fun taking a canoe out to sea if that's your thing. Great cocktails. We really rated both the Indian and Italian restaurants in the resort if you fancied a change from Vietnamese food (as good as it is!) at any point. We had amazing massages in the spa, a really professional and relaxing experience from start to finish. And the hotel recommended a great speedboat/snorkelling day trip that we really enjoyed. Would 100% go back!

Well designed hotel. Bed headboard creaks a bit. Lol. Room door is solid and has no soft close feature so it can slam hard and loud during the night if someone allows the door to close on its own. Otherwise, great property and amazing customer service!! Would stay again!
