Nice quiet spot away from the port of Picton. Bedroom and bathroom modern and spacious though the kitchen is cramped and dates from about 1970.
Friendly host and locals.

Awesome little motel up the road from town. Colin was super nice. Cute room with all the amenities we needed including AC. Nice kitchen. Even had a bit of a view of the harbor! Very glad we stayed

Pro: Host very friendly, Shower water pressure v.good, Room is big.
Cons: Bed too soft, Bit outdated only Shower and vanity have been renovate. Still lots of area needs renovation.

Have stayed there 3 times & my partner & I absolutely love it. Its overlooking the sea & its very peaceful & quiet & the staff are very friendly & they always make sure you’re never lacking in anything. Highly Recommend 10/10

Motel was a great location. Very clean and tidy. Smelt musty as motels were quite old. Fantastic service and a wee surprise of home baking, delicious 😀

Drive way was substandard (old) and the electric jug leaked. Behind a false curtain was a paint blistered wall. The TV selection was limited with no Sky or Netflix
The bathroom facilities were good, but overall this Motel is tired and very dated. The online advertising misled us by indicating seaviews, which were not seen from our row of units.

We stayed here for 3 nights. This is an older property, but very comfortable. Kitchen facilities and BBQ more than adequate. Very nice staff.

Room was never serviced once. Towels were outside door on chair and rubbish never emptied from room. Back door was unable.to be locked so room not secure.

We have 2 under 2yr olds and this motel had 2 rooms with no extra charge for the littlies (we had our own porter cots). Although the kitchen and bathroom were dated, the rooms were very clean and tidy. It was also very quiet.The beds were not the most comfortable (but I have found that most hotel/motel beds are not!)

If you dont want to be in the crowds, but like to be near the water, this is a good value stopover. Quiet area just far enough away from Picton, friendly owner and a nice clean unit with a comfortable bed and a newly refurbished bathroom.Nowhere to eat locally without a drive, but the units kitchen is adequate.

Travelling for business, this was as close as I could get to my destination. A really old style kiwi motel ... the sort that reminds you of the bach you went to on holidays. The old style cupboard door latches and the pine furniture.
Very clean and tidy, and with a kitchenette, should you wish to self-cater.
