This was the perfect location for our downtown Dells trip. With a little attention to details (changing burned out light bulbs and carpet and furniture cleaning) this would be a beautiful stay.

We were overall happy with our stay at White Rose, we would have liked to have kleenex available in our room. And a phone would have been nice in the room. Other than that it was very quaint and the staff wonderful!!

The room was decrepit, with broken door handles and door latches, mouldy bathroom, cracked walls with patching falling off, dirty towels, dirty and sticky floor. The smell of mould and damp linens is terrible.

Pool was nice, breakfast exceeded expectations.

Very close to the Upper Dells parking and boat landing. Everything we needed was in walking distance.

Would definitely stay here again.

It was NOT what the pictures showed. Our room was horrible! Dirty! Would definitely never stay there again. Not for $350 for 2 nights.

The White Rose is a gem. Well maintained, courteous check in staff, and a delicious breakfast. Oh & The river view is beautiful. Great place to stay!

They do need to do a little maintenance on some things in the room we were in. The tub didn't drain very well so you were standing in a few inches of water when showering. The other thing we didn't like was you couldn't regulate the air conditioning and it was to cold in the room. Other then that the location was great, breakfast was good too.

This place was very nice. It's in a really good location. It's close to all the exciting spots in the Dells and it's by the river which is really cool. The staff I dealt with were very polite. Would definitely stay here again. The room options were really nice as well.

Nice hotel, great location to walk around downtown dells

Cute bed & breakfast style property. We had a room with a view of the river. The bathroom sink and a tub were in the room with the toilet and shower in the bathroom. The whole 1st floor of the house was shared by all guests, including the fridge, freezer, and microwave. The only coffee pot available was a keurig in the front porch area, but there weren't mugs. There was a complimentary buffet breakfast every morning that was okay - very limited options. Linens and towels in the room were clean, but there was a shriveled up contact lens on the bedside table. I loved that the property is closed to the main drag so we could just walk everywhere.

Stairs in Terrace Hill are terribly loud (creaking) everyone can hear them when used. Loud band across the street playing till 9pm. Otherwise wonderful stay

Easy parking, just few blocks from main road, pool was great. Breakfast was very good. We tipped well. Room needs serious updating, lamp stand between beds was so musty, floor in room made our socks turn black, went to office for more towels-locked office. Tv was difficult to navigate. No phone in room. Price was too much for this room.

It is great location. Their breakfast is awesome. The staff really helpful too.

Cute, cozy and in the perfect spot

The pool and tables set up outside the main inn was very nice and I liked the two large oak trees that provided shade by the pool. The inns looked well maintained and the interiors were decorated nicely. We stayed in the motel which was very dated and run down. I would stay again, but stay in a room in one of the inns and not the motel.

We really enjoyed the room we had which was on the second story with a view across to the river. The room was very quaint decorated in Italian, very clean. One of the nicest rooms we stayed in on our 2-week trip. The young man that was at the desk when we got in was so nice. We were looking for a place to have cheese curds and he pointed out a place and then when he saw us later came out to ask us how they were and we said unfortunately they were closed for a private party. The breakfast was outstanding and the only breakfast we actually had on China plates. I would give this property five plus stars if I could.

I had requested a room on the first floor. At check-in this was not to be. Was given a room, the very last that needed immediate attention from maintenance. The window treatments were missing slats and therefor there was no privacy. This room was also the only one that did not have updated door locks. In fact, the doorknob did not work, and the door was secured only by a dead bolt . The window blind was repaired but I did see a roach in the middle of the night. I feel that room was not normally meant to be occuppied because of its condition. The breakfast that was provided was excellent and that area was very pleasant.

First of all when booking the room with the picture that was shown looks like it was a vintage bed-and-breakfast house. When we arrived, we were placed in pretty much a roadside motel from what it looks like for $260 a night Canadian it’s not worth 90. Also, the carpet was grimy. There was mould in the bathroom. One of the bathroom lights are burned out above the sink, and there were bugs splattered on the curtain.

My husband and I stayed in the Sevilla room. It was nice and incredibly quiet, almost forgot we were in the Dells. There were plenty of dining options that were walkable and we didnt have to worry about parking which was wonderful. We didnt use the pool but noted it was exceptionally clean!

I wish I'd known about the housing behind the upstairs #14 room where we stayed. Our cousin got one of the bedrooms in the house next to the breakfast house and it was beautiful. Plus, complete w/a jacuzzi in this room! He had access to everything you could think of. It would have been ideal for the (6) of us; each having our own room and being closer. Having to lug the luggage up the stairs w/out an elevator was challenging. Not having a radio or clock to set an alarm since there was no phone to call the other rooms or ask for a wake up call was cheap. I did not like the sink being separate and in the open from the bathroom. Who does that ?!?! The carpet had not been vacuumed & the room & bathroom were non-descript. No pictures, border or colorful colors on the walls. Very disappointing in comparison to the other buildings. Our cousin only paid $40 more for the two nites. I would have gladly paid that extra not to be where we were. There should be grip strips on all of the tubs to minimize people slipping and/or falling. The staff that we interacted with were very kind and accommodating. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinions.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The proximity to everything in downtown was ideal. Easy parking and nice amenities.

They allowed us to check in early which was very nice as we needed to go to a wedding at 4. They very kindly accommodated. Great location - just a block from downtown.

If you’re not looking to drive all over (and I recommend you don’t) and don’t need all the watermark hoopla, this is a gem. Breakfast is great, pool very nice, and extremely convenient.

I loved my stay here! Everything was clean and comfy and well maintained.
