Located on a very nice spot close to the water. Room had fantastic view.

A lovely place to relax during our road tour of Quebec. Served us well for our one night stay. Enjoyed the view and breeze from the riverside seating area for morning coffee and light breakfast. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the late evening access to the dry sauna and hot tub to smooth the aches from an earlier rafting trip. Would stay again in the future.

Probably is in need of attention. Room was fine, but the building structure was lacking.

It was very clean and quiet. Very dissapointed however with the customer service. I arrive the first night saying I won't be able to stay for a second. The employee told me she'd ask the manager the next morning. When I left early in the morning I explained to the manager that I wouldn't be staying a second night. To my great surprise, I was told that everything was managed by Hotels.com. I asked if I could have a credit for a future night, and was told that nothing was possible. So I lost $200.... It's very irritating, and it's putting me off a possible return. Next time I will go to a chain in the area.

An old hotel that was clean and had great views of the river and lake; the pool was great but both hot tubs were not open (yet?); grass could have been cut around the fire pits and chairs near the river, breakfast was excellent at hotel restaurant; the shampoo and body wash provided in room was not enough for 2 people for 2 days engaged in mountain biking and hiking

The room was crusty and the hotel smelled like an old church. The staff was nowhere to be found. The hot tub did not work and looked like it had not been serviced in a long time. The heat pump in our room was noisy and kept us awake at night. This hotel was over-rated. Don't trust the reviews. Stay elsewhere.

Nothing unique about this property. I honestly have no idea why this property has so many good reviews.
1. It is in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect to be able to go places. It will take 20 minutes to drive to get to a restaurant..
2. yes, there is a like, but the property cannot even walk on the shore.
3. The pool was filled with dirt, leaves, and bugs.
4. The sauna was turned off, only fit 2 people, and I had to go through the dirty laundry room even to find it
5. Light didn't work in the room
II would look elsewhere as the reviews are misleading.....

Excellent location. Pretty view of the lac. Property is renovated, rooms are ample and clean. I would recommend this property. Summer time should be fun here

The auberge is amazing , we have a place dow the water is 10/10 , the only dow was the bath and shower like others auberge the urine smell, a least one time a month wash with javel the curtains and the bath ever changed client , is just a suggestion! Overall I was very satisfied, the front desk was so nice , no problem with English my French is broken but I was very pleased with the effort of the staff 100 thanks

Great little hotel in a very picturesque area on the St Lawrence river, very spacious and clean, all amenities available including complimentary EV charging. It was lovely!

The young lady at reception, Alex, was particularly helpful. As there was no elevator she kindly helped my special needs’ son and me upstairs with our luggage and later came up to the room to help me connect with cable on the television. I really appreciated her help.

The walls are very thin and it’s very noisy if people are talking outside the room or even people above the room and other noises during the night .

Beautiful setting on the St. Lawrence River. Close to town but seemingly in the country. Rough slog up three stories with luggage with mo elevator. Very French with fantastic food.

Great room overlooking the river. Clean, comfortable, quiet but didn't use the pool or hot tub due to the length of time we were there.
Disappointed that breakfast was not available nor was the restaurant open for dinner, as we were looking forward to that, so we found other restaurants in town for that.
