I signed up to take the shuttle to the cruise port. There was not enough space for the last two. We ended up taking a cab which actually worked out cheaper. But I want thrilled they didn’t coordinate that process better.

Shower is a safety hazard. Nothing to hold on to for anyone with balance issues at the part of the shower where water streams.

This was a nice surprise in a not so great part of town. This section of Ft. Lauderdale is close to the airport and not a really nice section of town. The pool was lackluster, so don't get excited about that. However the staff is very friendly, the lobby is very nice, and the breakfast area is large with lots of seating, TVs, and many food and beverage choices all included in your stay. There is a shuttle I saw running often to/from airport and port, and the staff was very helpful with those communications. I had a one bedroom and it was very big! A huge desk, big kitchen and a sofa seating area. Lots of room! The hotel seems new and very clean! I could live there!

Lovely property and very well designed rooms and common areas however they did not clean our room on our second day of stay and when I enquired about it, was told they only clean every 6 days which no one mentioned to me at check in.. front desk lady was kind enough to bring me some towels and a trash bag for me to take out my own trash. Now if I needed to do that - could have just stayed at home and not at a hotel. So that’s why experience at this hotel was bittersweet as the breakfast was pretty good and employees friendly.
Maybe it’s a great place for a 1-night stay but if it’s longer, then pick a different place which cleans your room every day

This was the most amazing place to stay 15 out 10. The staff are amazing from the check in staff to the staff that organise an amazing breakfast. The staff that clean your room they are kind friendly helpful and amazing. I would highly recommend this property definitely staying there again in the future. We had a wonderful time thank you to the staff of this property.

This stay was awesome from Kevin at checkin to Cheryl in the breakfast. The Tom was very comfortable and clean. I totally enjoyed my stay me and my family.

I booked a higher grade room with separate bedroom and living room with couch. My room had two beds an no couch. I had for nights but no where to sit, I complained that I was not getting what I paid for but was just told to speak to GM but they were never available. Could not even get their contact details. Staff just told me she was a very busy person, well do am I and paying g to stay there. Found staff attitudes to be poor.

We came here for the second time and we really liked the place. The staff is awesome, especially the ladies at breakfast are so nice! They treat you like family and make breakfast a nice experience!
This time we were there during renovations which didn’t really influence our stay. We stayed at a renovated room and we like the new color concept.

We were very impressed with everything about our stay. We had the scrambled eggs & sausage for breakfast. They were the best hotel eggs we’ve ever had. We went on a 30 day road trip 2 years ago & traveled a couple times last year, so we ate breakfast at a lot of hotels.

The room was musty smelling. The hall was needed a vacuum. The pool looked great and dining area was very nice. Appreciated the airport transportation.
Also there was banging on the walls, I assume construction at 9am.
