Loved it

Great hotel , excellent vale for money , and service in a wonderful quiet residential area . It’s on the outer edge of Seminyak . It takes a lot longer than you think to walk or drive to the beach or main shopping mall because of the irregular roads and congested traffic. Also you have to walk 5 minutes to get picked up by the cheap car share apps, though you can be dropped off by them direct to door . Their local taxis are at least double the price .

Clean, friendly, helpful and lovely pool. Staff were super attentive, and every request was warmly accommodated. Couldn’t fault a thing!

I Love the staff. Everything was perfect, from The parking to the parking.

This property has a beautiful pool in the center of the Resort. There’s a very nice restaurant and bar, and a buffet breakfast is available in the morning. The staff is very friendly, it’s perfect for families. You’ll want to use a car, motorcycle, or taxi when leaving the property since there isn’t much in walking distance.

This property was very nice. The front desk staff is not as friendly as most places. Slightly pretentious but the restaurant staff makes up for it. Great food and very kind people at the restaurant. Too secluded for my liking but great for children. The second beach front pool was closed. However, the nightly rate was fantastic and the room was amazing with ocean view. Overall, a great place to stop in for the night. Not recommended for longer stays. No swimming/surfing at the beach near by.

Pool

I stayed 4 nights here, location is a little away from things, good thing we like walking, but weather is too hot most of the time in early June, we used Grab to move around places, room is ok, clean, bathroom is small, hallways feels muggy and look old with lots of scrub marks, pool is nice and big but it’s not made for swimming, because it’s not rectangular shape, ok for playing in water, lounge chairs in the water is a plus. Hotel provides 2 bottle of water daily and you’ll have to buy more after that, no water filling stations like other hotels. In all, it’s an ok hotel, feel safe.

This is a lovely hotel with great ammenities, the gym has a good variety to allow a good work out and has towels and water for you to use. The breakfast, restaurant area can get busy but always plenty of staff on hand to help. Outside the hotel there isn’t much and you need to either take the shuttle from the hotel or walk into Seminyak. We walked almost everyday and it didn’t take long to get to shops or restaurants. We used the spa too. A little bit more expensive than outside spas but the price isn’t bad for the convenience and the massages we had were fantastic

I really liked Ramada Encore for my 3 night stay as their service, breakfast options (being a vegetarian), staff and facilities, like the very large swimming pool was great to relax and unwind. It’s also a great place for families as well. Definitely coming back

We had our 9 nights holiday in Bali and this hotel was amazing with poolside room was stunning. Staff were absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly. Meals were classy and delicious. We would definitely come back and stay at this hotel with the pool side again. Special thanks to bu Juve, Marthin. Wulan, Mickey and all staffs who were amazing services and helps. Score 9 out of 10. nice hotel but not close to shopping areas on foot

Excellent service from staff in all areas including spa experience. Highly recommend. But, requested a room (5 months prior after last stay) away from bar and restaurant. Disappointed I got poolside room close to restaurant and kiddies pool.

My stay was fantastic and enjoyed very much

This was our first time in Bali, so we weren't sure what to expect. Thankfully we were pleasantly surprised. All the employees from front of house, wait staff, bar, housekeeping, etc. were exemplary. Thank you Yuli, Rani, Diah, Eric, Virgo (just to name a few). You were all so accommodating and lovely to us. It really made our stay that more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast has everything you could ever think of and/or want and more. A la carte dishes are reasonably priced and delicious (kudos to your chefs). The pool is great for lounging around and cooling off when the weather becomes unbearable. It was a great place to meet other guests and enjoy a drink with a light snack. We were also really grateful to be given facilities to freshen up prior to our late night flight. Thank you!

An excellent option in accommodation whilst in Seminyak. Great for families or couples away from the main area of Seminyak, however free shuttle to/from Kuta Beachwalk and Seminyak Square daily. Super friendly staff, especially Amanda from reception and Odie from the restaurant. Free WIFI throughout the property and works really well in all areas of the property. Fantastic Asian/Indonesian style buffet breakfast each mornimg and the hotel has a BBQ buffet night on Friday nights with acoustic music. Was noise during the day with construction going on but not early morning or late in the afternoon. Was originally put in a room overlooking some of the pool but right in front of scaffolding so we asked to move to a pool view room which was what we originally booked. Once moved rooms the room was perfect. Comfortable beds and daily housekeeping available if required. Taxi to/from Airport available and the massive lagoon style pool is amazing and a real feature of the resort. Would definitely recommend and stay again at the property.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Had a surprise new year's eve dinner included with our stay. The food was great, and we had an absolute blast into the new year. We were also gifted a travel pillow upon checkout!
