Very dirty

Not knowing things were closed so couldn't enjoy the whole place

Very run down, we switched rooms 2x. Not enough valets trolley carts to assist with luggage. Rooms very dirty. Too bedding never washed. No cleaning service. No one speaks English to assist.

Was noise for others guess.

I will not stay again.

One of the staff members at the go carts wouldn’t let my son ride with me, even though it wasn’t against the rules, he’s barely tall enough to ride by himself and was too scared to do it alone. We waited in line for over an hour, just for that staff member to be extremely rude about the situation we had ridden other ones before that with no issues, the worst part is that it was his birthday. Very unimpressed with this lady! Worst experience for my son ever!

Booked hotel for $44 and when got there they charged me $138 They did not disclose this before booking The final amount was $44

The hotel was basic but taken care of. It was convenient to reataurants and about everything a family could need. The absolute worse part was the incredibly rude person who checked us in. He heted his job and all the customers who support him. Will never stay at this property again when we go back.

The waterpark and theme park were amazing. I liked the check in process - I wish I had realized that all the properties have check in at a specific place, and that I we could have went through the check in process hours earlier than we did. I like that the wristband was our room key and it became active at 4 pm (a little earlier actually). The instructions for parking at the water park were very unclear and we drove around forever trying to figure it out. The room was not nice at all, but we went for the cheapest option - you definitely get what you pay for. Next time I'd spring for an upgraded room that is walkable to the waterpark.

There was plenty parking space. The room was clean and comfortable.

We are a family of 5 and so we had a double queen room in Hotel Rome building adjacent to the water park. This was very convenient for walking to/from the water and theme park. Many other buildings for people to stay are a distance away so we were happy to be close. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and available right out front. We could easily walk to restaurants (ten minutes). We throughly enjoyed the variety of water slides, wave pool and the theme park. A few things we think could be improved on are the hours don’t seem late enough as water park closed at 6 weekdays and the theme park 8. They won’t allow any outside snacks and would help make family trips more cost effective if they could. They apparently used to provide a free lunch but that ended during Covid so allowing us to bring in some food would balance that out. And lastly improvement on the wifi is greatly needed. Can’t always get in the room and had to go to lobby. Otherwise we had a ton of fun and would return as the Dells has a lot to offer both on and off the property.

Our first room was dirty and nothing like what the website showed or said it would be. Second room was better but had water leaking in the bathroom and the toliet was plugged when we got there and almost every time we flushed we had to unplug it. Complained to customer service and they did nothing.

Housekeeping service was excellent loved the water park had an amazing time, but didn’t really like the hotel I think they can change the carpets at least. My first night the lobby smelled like mariguana and I had my little girls with me didn’t really like that for them but staff very friendly and helpful.

Everything was OK besides the tub.Water did not drain after each shower

Water and theme park are fantastic. We had a blast during our 3 days stay.

We stayed in ourbuilding 3 and there was nk WiFi no matter how many times we called to get them to fix it. Also no maid service which is fine but a broom in the room for us to sweep would have been nice

We chose this hotel to get away from another hotel we were having a horrible experience in. We really enjoyed our stay at Mt. Olympus! The waterpark had a wonderful variety of things to do for all ages. We stayed here for 1 night. The room was kind of small, but it worked for our family of 5. The rooms didn’t have much for blankets, so if you like having a comforter, bring one. Also make sure and bring your own personal (not from hotel) when you go to the outside waterpark. I didn’t like, however, some false information that was given. We were told multiple times, in person, that the waterpark would close at 10pm. We were allowed to check in at 4 pm. So we figured we would have at least 5 hours to play. The waterpark closed at 6pm and then the theme park closed at 8pm. After being told some false information at another hotel we left, we all felt disappointed by this.

Blood on sheets

Mattresses were horrible. Uncomfortable large springs made loud noises with every move. I asked a worker for fresh towels who was carrying in towels. I held the door for them. They said we are having trouble keeping up with laundry. Hotel had no amenities & was off the beaten path. The caulk in the shower had brown areas. The cables under the nightstand were coated heavily with dust. The room was on the 1st floor & the windows were not secured. The people above us were pounding on the floor & walls constantly. There didn’t seem to be security or a contact point at the building. Water park is decent but lines are too long. I won’t be using these so called resorts again.

With our grandchildren all ages, we were able to have fun all around both attractions. Great 3 days!

The room was dirty and smelling bad. On the second day, we called staff to ask why nobody was cleaning our room, staff said once you check in nobody will enter your room again. Then, we asked for towels because we didn't have any clean towels, more than an hour goes by and no towels, we called again and staff was very rude saying that there was a shift change with the cleaning staff. After waiting for more than 3 hours for a clean towel to take a shower and still NO towels, we decided to pack our things and leave the hotel. Horrible experience...the AC was so bad that our room felt like a sauna, making the bad smell even worse. All the lobby and elevator areas super dirty and nobody ever cleaning anything...crumbles of food, and even onion skin on the floor in front of the elevator at the lobby. Everything smells bad. This was worse than any cheap road motel. Don't ruin your vacation, stay somewhere else!!! This hotel was on the local news because of an infestation of bed bugs...we only found that out when it was too late...they refused to cancel the reservation. We didn't see bed bugs, but the experience at this hotel was terrible...very dirty place with rude staff, and zero minimum service.

Cockroach was crawling right in front of us.

The main check in building is great until you get sent to the hotel! Our bathtub was cracked and we couldn’t flush the toilet at 7am. The lights went out in the bathroom when my little one was taking a bath. We called 0 for room service like it said in the text I got and then the lady said we don’t do room service while you stay. Found bugs under garbages. Overal gross!

With the Theme and waterpark passes included there was literally something for everyone.

Rooms are not as pictured, old outdated and dirty, no cleaning service. More like a shady motel . I will never stay there again. Waterpark and theme park not worth it. Too crowded

i couldnt find my hotel room. i had to call customer service to to send someone to help me find my room. i was also asking people if they knew by any chance. it took like close to 2 hours. at the end of the day when you have no energy and almost no battery. it was very frustrating and it shouldn't have been this hard to figure out.

For the price we paid to go there, I found the motel very underwhelming. It is in need of some serious updates. Not all of the lights worked and the drain in the shower was terrible. I took a very brief shower and the water as not draining. It took over 15 minutes AFTER my shower for the water to be mostly drained. The rest of my family wouldn’t even shower there it was so gross. I wouldn’t recommend staying there again and I don’t plan on ever staying again.

Hotel Rome is close and very convenient. We like the option of both amusement and waterpark in one location.

The Waterpark and Amusement park were great. The Rollercoasters were really bumpy because they are out of wood. Could be updated. The rooms are not that great. They definitely need to be renovated and the rooms need a safe and coffee makers.
