Great hotel that’s on the beach & centrally located . Very clean rooms with 3 pools and wonderful staffs especially Thy .

I loved my stay at Cassia Cottage. They upgraded me upon my arrival which was a very kind gesture. It is as good as the pictures suggest. Staff were very helpful, the accommodation and facilities were clean and to a high standard. I wanted to unwind and relax during my time on Phu Quoc. Cassia Cottage was the perfect place to do this. If I ever return to Phu Quoc, this is where I'll stay.

Cassia Cottage has a stunning location with a wonderful beach, we had a large sea view room with outdoor shower which was beautiful, the grounds were lovely and as a whole a very good hotel Small points to improve on for us were that the rooms were not cleaned very well, the bar closes at 7pm leaving guests with little alternative but to go elsewhere in the evening, luckily we found lots of nice restaurants and bars locally, food at The Spice in the evening was average at best when compared to other places and the evening entertainment needs updating as most music played was from the 1940s to 60s and mostly all were songs over 70 years old! We really enjoyed our stay here but Cassia could be even better if they wanted to by looking at what others are doing, prime example would be Mango Bay Resort, had the most amazing meal there and their sand on the bar (their equivalent of the Malabar) was infinitely better suited for familes and couples in their 30s to 60s

Excellent property with great service. The staff are wonderful especially Nhut, Anh and Hangm. The property has 3 pools, a delicious restaurant and beautiful plants all over. The breakfast was amazing. Right on the ocean and great location with restaurants, spas and shopping within walking distance.

Cassia Cottage is a perfect choice if you want a relaxing beach vacation in a lovely smaller hotel instead of a bigger beach resort. The little strip of private beach is great. The surf is mild, so it's excellent for swimming as well as lying in the sun all day. The rooms are quite large, simple but comfortable. Great balconies. The grounds are filled with beautiful plants and flowers, which create a lot of privacy. The location is great for walking on the beach, to local restaurants, or to the night market, and fast trips back and forth to the airport. Service is very good, with staff always willing to help with kindness. The hotel caters mostly to foreigners, from young to seniors and families. You can always find a staff member who speaks English. The massages at the hotel are quite a bit more than you pay on the beach but really much better. The breakfast is excellent. I wish the restaurant had a wider and more authentic selection of Vietnamese dishes, but I was always happy with the food and drinks. Great free yoga classes daily too. I hope I have the chance to come back to Cassia Cottage. It really was the perfect choice for pure beach relaxation.

There was not one thing I didn’t like about this place!

Good service and friendly people working there. Minus was that the whole hotel is a bit old. The bar at the beach closed before sunset. And the free drink everyone got was not good at all. The breakfast was ok - but it did not taster like local. It was more touristy food. The main restaurant was good. There is also some restaurants in the street before the hotel that was cheap and good. Also som nice massage places. Good location.

Cassia cottage is beautiful. Staffs are courteous. Room and ground are peaceful, clean and very unique. We would like to come back to stay if in the area. Bravo to the owner, management and staffs to keep up the beautiful place.

We loved that there were shops and restaurants within an easy 10min walk but then after the hustle bustle of the Main Street a short wander bought you back to the quiet tropical haven of Cassia Cottage. The staff were great and attentive to any requests. The gardens, restaurant, pools and beach were clean and inviting and while not a shiny modern resort the boutique ambiance of the original cottages was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the private outdoor shower garden, good air con, and excellent wi fi in our spacious ocean view room with a mattress much firmer than we are used to being our only concern. The Malabar beach bar was being refurbished so closed while we were there but due to open very soon and we are sorry we missed experiencing the fabulous sunset from this prime location.

We were only staying for 3 days but liked it so much that we stayed another 4. Excellent staff and good quiet location. Will definitely stay again.

I took my parents past week and we all absolutely loved it. The whole area was beautiful, it felt like I was walking through a botanical garden. I specifically chose this resort because my mom loves plants and nature. The pool areas were very nice, they use well water so it's so smooth and not chemical-y at all. I would have loved to lay on the beach area since they do have a private beach but the tide was very close to the property so wasn't able to enjoy the beach area as much unfortunately. I'm not sure if it was expedia's fault or the hotel but I guess our reservation didn't go through so the original room I had booked wasn't available the first night but the staff handled it very well. I honestly didn't really mind but they apologized so many times so I couldn't even get mad really :D. I'm not sure if it was because everything had to be done very fast but the rooms weren't that clean but it wasn't unbearable or anything, just small things. I do want to mention, the staff are very very kind and my parents want to definitely want to go back to this place if we go back to the island again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Totally loved this place. It is beautiful with lots of trees and gardens, and an especially lovely stream coursing through the property. We only had a very slight issue one day with getting housekeeping to clean our room, but it was a minor miscommunication, and any requests we had, such as replacing the room mini-fridge or the battery in the safe, were promptly addressed. The breakfast buffet had good variety, featuring different dishes each day, and excellent choices of fresh breads, all kinds of fruit and vegetables and fresh cooked eggs in any way a guest chose. The grounds are well-maintained, very pretty, and all 3 pools are very clean. Lastly, the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful, and a big shout out to Ron, My, Phuong and Minh - thanks for making a visit to remember. I definitely recommend this place!

I stayed at the hotel only for one night. But, I felt relax because of the environment. It has a private beach and beautiful pool, and I could enjoy SUP board near the beach. The staffs are all kindly and speak english well.

My daughter and I spent 4 nights at Cassia Cottage. We were only supposed to spend 3, but extended a night.-Check in went well with Jenny showing us around. Lovely young lady.-Just a lovely stay. So much attention to detail. The only critique would be it is very quiet. We enjoyed that for this trip but if you are looking for action, you will have to leave the resort.-Breakfast was lovely and service is great. Phi remembered us daily and prepared my daughter her gluten free bread as my daughter has celiac disease. We had a dinner of appetizers one evening (all gluten free). Very good. For lunch they also prepared one of their sandwiches on gluten free bread, which was a great option for my daughter.-We stayed in one of the modern rooms. Probably the one farthest from the beach and still so close. No worries with being to far from the beach. Room is extremely comfortable. (bed, pillows etc).Cleanliness was excellent. -The grounds are impeccable. Pools clean. Towels and lounges always available.-The Malabar could do with a new music playlist as it was very repetiive after being there a few days.-Had a lovely and very reasonable priced outdoor one hour massage. We have been at other resorts where they provide a menu for foot and leg massages at the pool lounges. I think this could be a lovely addition.We took daily 8 am yoga class with Sasha. We cant say enough about her. Lovely class looking out over the sea. She was a wealth of information

A quiet hotel right next to the beach, we stayed in the old house which had been converted, though the rooms were a little tired looking they had great chatacter. All food, drinks and facilities were excellent and the were always cheerful and helpful. A free cocktail at 4pm was a nice touch.

We stayed in the Heritage Garden Cottage which was just beautiful. The beach and pool were clean and we swam every day. The staff were friendly, engaging and attentive. The breakfasts and dinners were great. we enjoyed our stay very much.

I loved Cassia Cottage and wish I could have stayed longer. If you are looking for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle youve found it. Beautiful rooms, stunning pool and R&R. Staff were fantastic. Rooms and the outdoor shower were highlights. All that you need to make a wonderful holiday! I would absolutely stay here again!
