The hotel is one step up from a Fairfield Inn by Marriott. No closet space, no drawers. Not convenient for long stays. Public areas are dirty; elevator floors are wet from guests coming down from rooftop pool. Staff is fine, but lack communication initiative. One day there was a power outage in the evening and was given no information about what happened or how long it would take to get it sorted.

Easy check in, welcoming employees, greate amenities by offering free water bottles, beach chair and towel. Comfortable bed and clean room.

I loved the staff at the front desk . We were always greeted with welcoming smiles! The host at the bars were wonderful as well as the pool staff. I did notice a bit short in staff members because having to work double shifts at the bar and the pool area but they made every effort to accommodate.

Quick access to beach. Property provided towels and chairs. Over all friendly staff and the room was super clean

If you want privacy in the bathroom, you won't find it here unless you get clever. The barndoor to the bathroom has a nice open space you can see through if up close or standing in the right spot in the room. It's not idea for a family situation; we had to clip towels on it to create visual privacy. Sound privacy....forget it! Nice walk to the beach, pool was nice but you can't bring your own drinks and way too many reserved areas and no one using them.

Excellent experience at AC, highly recommend it. Very nice and clean rooms, gorgeous amenity on top floor with fabulous view, very helpful and supportive staff, and I definitely coming back.

I liked how they accommodated me,tho I lost a day because of my flight being delayed and us missing our connected flight. They made sure we still had our room the following day,which I appreciated. Also all the staff was amazing. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others.
P S.- loved how close the hotel was close to the beach, and how we had a lovely beach view from our room.
What I think they can fix is the $25 per person breakfast menu. They need to have different and better options everyday, instead of the same breakfast everyday because people will definitely get tired of eating the same things everyday.

I had a wonderful time here while celebrating my husband's birthday, and the complementary welcome drinks were a great way to start our trip. We would have loved if the pool was open later but overall we had a blast!

Other than the construction and ugly flooring on the balcony my stay way perfect. The balconies need to be undated the homemade touch up paint job is not working and ruining pictures.Libby the yoga instructor was awesome also the young girl at desk she was very polite and knowledgeable about food and shopping in the area Last but not least Sebastian and the hotel manager were very helpful and professional this is my second stay and I’d definitely visit again . I loved the entire staff even valet was excellent.

The location closed to most places but is not in the middle of all the noise. I did not like that they do not provide free parking, parking is very expensive.

Daytime front desk staff..spelling?>>. (Duante) bubbly personality and super helpful!! And a young lady day shift on 7/4 and 7/5 very nice, super pleasant, and professional! Staff can make or break a stay and they both were great!! IMO, Mgmt, can learn a thing or two..there’s nothing wrong with engaging your guests! <101 Hospitality>.
Rooms were very clean and I’m picky! Beach is across from a stop light with direct access to the beach. Rooftop pool area is small, but cute. I’ll be back for sure. FYI—This is a boutique hotel.

I only had one issue and it was with one of the bedding. The comforter was all ripped and dirty. I had to request a new comforter to be delivered. The staff was really nice and always ready to help.

Very nice location close to tbe beach. Staff always friendly. A little language barrier, but they worked through very well. Also visit the guy at the liquor store across the street...hilarious!

Overall its a good easy to stay hotel. The location is very convenient, afew minutes to the beach and there are several eateries nearby. The room and bathroom are tiny and there is very little space to hang clothes and storage luggage. No micorwave in room was a disappointment. If you dont intend to spend alot of time in the room then its okay

They overbooked & gave our room away. When I checked out, my final price was not that different from 4 full nights, but we only stayed for two. The hotel itself was clean. Great location to the beach, but not a lot of restaurants nearby.
