Enjoyed our stay in the spacious one bedroom apartment and specifically the hot spa pool. Would have liked if TV could be linked to the wifi network to enable other options than Sky tv.
Will definately visit again.

So disappointed with not just the maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms and general areas (hallways etc) but our travel party had TWO seperate rooms booked - both paid for extra beds to be set up in the rooms. Whilst the extra sofa/rollaway beds were set up neither had pillows! Why did we pay for a half made bed?? This happened in both rooms!
And our friends room had three registered guests but only 2 towels - and again ZERO pillows on the extra bed they had paid for to be made up? This is just pure cheap behaviour and a rip off. And no one was at reception when we tried to get pillows or towels, and no one there at check out either… probably to avoid all the complaints.

The apartment is very spacious and in good condition. It has the slowest internet speed we have come across for many years and is not suitable for working remotely. A better stock of basics such as toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent would be an improvement.

Room was simple, and clean. Manager was friendly and helpful. Secure car parking . Super close to restaurants and beach. As we were on ground floor, we just found it noisy, lot of people and street noise.

The tiles around the outside area were very slippery as it had been raining. I feel there should have been warning signs. Also the unit was very dim and could have used more lighting. Proximity to actin

Generally our stay was fine very nice staff .Room is getting a bit tired lighting wasn't the best and TV hit and miss. Excellent position road noise intrusive but bearable. We will go back and choose another room

We had to pay a bond at check in. There are rules on the walls, and more instructions received by email. These include additional charges you may incur, eg for not taking your rubbish to Rubbish room, being late for checkout, or leaving belongings behind. Hallways smelt musty. Room was large but looked tired. Vent in bathroom v dirty. Pools were a lap pool and a hotter pool. Clean and enjoyable to use, though getting to handle to remove cover was a bit hazardous. Basement parking space was v narrow. Location is good. It is close to Hotpools, Ocean Beach and Pilot Bay and several cafes. (No restaurant on site.)
But don't be misled: this business is not part of Twin Towers, and occupies only part of the 3 storey building. (We gather the rest is private apartments.)
We would not stay here again. We feel the name and photos are misleading. The place needs updating. The bond was a shock and the thought we may somehow incur additional charges made the stay less enjoyable.

great spot for an overnight stop . Short walk to all the bars and eateries . Only negative was the parking spot was so small . Quite a squeeze to get an average size vehicle in .

the place was disgusting the sheets are so old and itchy the bed you feel the springs and i only weigh 50 kg the floor was so sticky. the tv remotes were sticky..the fridge didnt work ..You are also charged a deposit which you are not told about until after you book..the room looked nothing like picture.they room was not cheep and i honestly think a back packers would be cleaner ..Also i notice on the reviews the hotel blames the customer

For us its about the location, close to everything. Cafe's, restaurants, beach, The mount itself and hotpools. However we enjoyed the use of the onsite spa would have liked to use the steam room but ran out of time.

The property was located well. A Biot tired in our unit & shower room etc needs a revamp.

The one bedroom ocean view suite is spacious but with a musty smell particularly the sofas which we have to sit on with no choice. Sheets are old and pilled. The ocean view is only a tiny little view in between the twin towers apparently the Oceanside resort is a three levels only building and don't think you'll be put into the tall twin towers. It's deceptive because one of the pictures on website shows a wide ocean view. We are quite upset about it because we could have chosen a lower rate room with no view. We wish we've looked at previous reviews before booking it. We took a photo from our balcony (2nd floor) which showed the actual ocean view you get. There are laminated signs all over the unit warning you that you'll be charged extra if you don't throw away rubbish, clean dishes, etc...it's not welcoming definitely didn't make you feel relaxed. They displayed two different WiFi login details in room we have to figured out the correct one ourselves! Won't stay again.

Room was fine/clean/warm, easy access to beach, Mt, hot pools and food options nearby, pillows uncomfortable, the old towels need replacing, tv remote batteries need replacing, have never had to remove own rubbish before, actually says you will be charged if you don't and think this would be included in the price. Would probably stay again though.

The property had good location, however, in the description of the property it said, soundproof rooms, we definitely did not find this the case. We could other rooms showering, hanging around in the morning and very loud road noise.
There were a few ants also in the room, beds weren't overly comfortable and the pillows were terrible. Ok for a short stay, but wouldn't recommend long stay.

Disappointing. Bathroom was dated and dirty, mould in the shower silicone, towels were well worn. It was not value for money. The only bonus was the underground parking.

Location is fabulous. Reception Man was very dis-interested in Guests. The Apartment was very spacious but lacked maintance. Electrical; cleaning; toiletries were a joke. Pillows were hard, flat and very old.

We had a guess try to come in to our room on the first night early morning which gave my wife a frite also the next morning early hours a k ock on our door asking if we had a phone charger so we felt very uncomfortable with our stay wont go back
