Worst motel I’ve ever stayed in! Room stunk like stale cigarettes and weed! Mold all over the bathroom. People in surrounding rooms were loud at 2am! Ended up leaving and driving 3 hours home in the middle of the night! Terrible experience!

I stay the night over and killed about 5 roach. I was so scared of roach or bugs going into my luggage that I slept with all my clothes on. one of the rags looks like it was previously use so I didn't use any of the towels there I would not recommend this for family at all, maybe truckers that are passing through.

The room was dirty and smells terrible.

Terrible condition. Everything was broken, even the towels. A non-smoking room smelled like pure cigarette. The bed covers had cigarette burns.

Ice maker was not working. Did not supply shampoo to rooms. Towels were worn out.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. When booking we booked a room with 2 double beds when arrived we received a bed with a king. Went to the desk told them was then given a room with 2 double beds place was filthy had to go buy stuff to clean the place and smelled like pot. Was definitely smoked in then we couldn’t get rid of the smell staff is not friendly I would say do not stay here

The place was the terrible not clean I had to clean the room shower curtain had mold on it the toilet was like sitting on a rocking chair the paint on the walls was awful the pillows was not usable the place was filthy this was the worst place I have ever been in

The staff was rude and impatient. I had a reservation for 2 day and check out time was 11:00. They knocked on the door at 10 and began rushing me to leave they made me hold the door open while I got dressed and packed my belongings. It was so degrading to experience they treated me like I hadn't just paid 75$ the night before. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER! On top of that the room where disgusting

The room is disgustingly dirty, dead and alive insects, filthy rug, full of dust and the bathroom was full of pubic hair, the room was supposed to be non smoking but the cigarette stink was there

I was a little concerned when i first got there as someone was sleeping on the street just outside the hotel. The room is somewhat outdated but could see some upgrades. When i got to the room, i checked it out and found the light in the bathroom was very dim. I contacted the front desk and within minutes they were there to replace light bulbs. I was disappointed to find out there was no breakfast as the website says breakfast was included. The room was comfortable and very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Arrived at 9 pm just to sleep while touring colleges. Very unsafe. Dirty. Impossible noise on the highway. Lots of people hanging out in the steps and balcony. Room smelled like smoking. Cigarettes holes in the duvet cover. Yellow sheets.

The check in check out was smooth. The room how ever was not that great No shampoo, tiny bars of soap, evident water damage, saging celing in the bathroom, the dead bolt wouldnt work, no channel list and most important of all....no bible. Also no coffee maker or coffee and no breakfast like was advertised on their web site. They had snacks that were a bit over priced though.

I decided to stay one night this past weekend, most cheap hotels were booked up due to NASCAR being in Richmond during the weekend. This hotel was cheap and was walking distance to The Diamond for a Flying Squirrels game so I figured why not book here? I see that they are still going through the process of remodeling, they were paving the parking lot when I came in so not many spots were available, luckily they were finished a hour or so later. Staff was friendly, didn't have any issues with other guests being noisy which was great. My room was spacious, bed was comfortable, cleaning could be better, toilet was a little loose, wasn't able to take a hot shower but I managed. And it says breakfast was available, NOT TRUE, maybe only on weekends? Who knows? Overall it served its purpose.

Cheapest room in the downtown richmond area. Its near the highway so its loud. If youre traveling and need a place on a low budget this is for you. The staff are great. Great choice if youre in a band and traveling.

No hot water and the shower handle fell off in my hand. The other room had hot water but the drain did not work. Someone was in the parking lot playing loud music until 1:00 a.m. the website promised a continental breakfast but the didnt even have coffee.

To start off the deadbolt was broken off. The cap covering the key while was missing. The sheets were dirty and had holes. The pillows has stains and so did the bathroom towels. The walls had dried stains on them. There was a closed door that faced the back of the property which had a balcony which was closed shut but the outside air could easily go through it. The noise from the highway mixed with the wind blowing through the big crevice next to the door was only deafened by the extremely loud heater/A/C unit. I understand it was a cheap hotel but I didn’t expect all of that.

Our room had bed.bugs, there were tweaker drug dealers who looked like they lived on the first floor and were not inly indiscreet but also aggressively pushing sales on pther guests. The sex worker next door seemed nice. The zombie like homeless wandering the premises were chilling.

The place was an absolute dump!!

Not good. Shady people and homeless people on property. Looked like drug deals going on in parking lot. No service. Only saving grace was location across from The Diamond ballpark.

Convenient to the concert venue. Price was decent for an overnight stay

I felt like I was going to get killed staying here. I was terrified of leaving my belongings inside the hotel and I was terrified someone was going to break into our room. Everything was filthy. I walked around with white socks and they turned black. The floor in the room was slanted and there were clear signs on mold, dirt, and water damage. The police were called on other guest in the hotel and sat in the parking lot for a solid 2 hours. DO NOT STAY HERE.
