Centrally located charming hotel. Very friendly helpful staff. Small pool within a tropical context. Value for money.

We loved this hotel’s lobby, swimming pool, and spa. Excellent service at the pool. We were missing the breakfast at the hotel that we paid for. Their chef went out of the way and got our breakfast packed at 5am.

Maximum 10 mins drive to Taj Mahal. Convenient location.

Service

We were given a premium room with king bed upon our arrival. The rooms ac was not working, asked the staff to repair or maybe change the room, they did not give any solution. The guy cane checked and then went back. I really dont think Mariott deserves such reviews. I expected better!

Beautiful hotel, nice swimming pool and lots of lovely food

Overall ok, but only due to the good housekeeping. But there are several things that we didn’t like. We couldn’t really sleep, as there were loud weddings in the hotel on both days of our stay. On the first day the wedding was also the reason why we couldn’t use the pool. However, Service parts are the most problematic. First and foremost the unpleasant way in which we were urged to upgrade our booking during check-in. It was repeatedly claimed that this would be advantageous for us, but this was clearly not the case. When you arrive at the hotel, you want to check in calmly and discreetly and not experience such an unprofessional welcome. It should also be noted that the service in the restaurant is so over the top that it makes you feel uncomfortable. You are constantly surrounded by up to four service staff who won't let you have breakfast in peace. In addition, you are constantly asked if you could give a hotel review at the table. This is super unprofessional. We won’t come back to this hotel.

Good location to highway and city tour in Agra. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff welcomes me and very comfortable to stay.

Chef Sardar served some excellent indian dishes. Check in and check out was swift. Hotel staff was polite and helpful

Disappointed with the the service and room amenities..room service was slow and buffet was okay. Better to stay to other properties in same neighborhood, they don't even act if you let them know about your check-in experience. Expedia should keep a check if there was any action taken or not on the check-in experience feedback

This property is old and poorly renovated. The rooms are very small and not what I would expect from a Marriott. Very suprised Marriotts name is on this place. The staff are very nice and room service food was very good as well. The cost is relatively low so you get what you pay for. We only stayed one night as we were passing through.

Marriott gave us a free upgrade, easy check out and provided an excellent service for dinner and breakfast!

Right near the Taj Mahal so super easy to get a rickshaw or Uber there very cheap. The fort is also not far. The food is really great at the hotel, loads of choice plus several nice restaurants working walking distance like Molecule and Dasaprakesh.

Very good staff and team. Play room for kids is in thr area of smoking rooms.

Good clean hotel with good food options. Reusable water bottles are great for the environment but the drinking water they are filled with are not good for westerners so we ended up buying a lot of water. Staff were every attentive but housekeeping were a bit over bearing and we felt obliged to tip a lot here.
