Great accomodation for what we needed people with children from about 4/5 to 11 would love this place so much for kiddles to do lovely hot tubs for adults. Accomodation was immaculate

It was advertised wrong. We got there and had to wait 25 min juat to check in... then when we got to the Cabin.. or should i say dog canal it was unclean and an absolute disgrace.
We turned around and booked another place.

We travelled with our elderly parents and young kids and stayed in a 3 bedroom super condo. It was lovely. The unit looks brand new and very clean. We were located in a quiet part of the property but close to the lagoon pool which was lovely for the kids. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils and it had a lovely big bbq on the balcony. We had lots of nice bbq meals in the lovely evening weather.
The property was about 2 km from the local IGA and about 5 km from Woolies but this wasn't a problem as we had a hire car. We enjoyed free pancakes one morning.
The amenities are awesome here. Lagoon pool, pool slides for smaller kids and bigger kids, jumping pillows x 2, outdoor movies, mini golf... lots of activities to keep the kids busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Overall a nice place to stay while visiting Cairns. Its a little outside of town but local transportation options made it easy to get around.

The cabin was in a good condition. There was washing facilities that were easy to access. Parking was good and it was great to have the option to buy food onsite.

We stayed for a week with our 7yo, what an amazing family orientated place!
We enjoying lazing around in the pools, spa and playing with our son on the waterslides and splashpark.
Mini golf was excellent as was the meals in the cafe.
The place is kept immaculate and maintained, grounds and accomodation.
The staff were very helpful and helped book our adventures with free transport from there.
Downside, nothing honestly.

While we found it was okay for the price, it felt like we paid for the facilities, pools etc as they were great. The cabin itself wasn’t the best and had a very strong musky smell coming from the air conditioners.
Tried 2x BBQs with no luck, they didn’t heat up properly.

Kids had lots of fun. Playground facilities excellent. Staff very friendly. Did not like having to clean the huge amounts of mould in the shower before letting my kids use it. Lock your cars because ours was broken into at night (staff had warned us when entering the park).

It’s our third time staying here. Such a great park to stay at whilst on holidays. Clean and friendly. Definitely a place to hang out and relax.
Cabins are clean and tidy. My son struggled to sleep in bunks as he is almost 6 foot.
Personally I found the beds a bit too hard but that’s no fault of theirs, just my preference.

Room smelt musty. Was greeted to a dead cockroach. Woke and found cockroaches on wall of bedroom. Shower was head was in poor condition. Cupboards falling apart. Signs everywhere saying they have wireless internet, but doesn’t work. Poor reception in area.

We had a pleasant stay in big4 ingenia coconut resort for 5 days. Best place to stay with kids. Kids activities and hirings equipments help kids to keep them occupied. My 3 kids loved the ambience of the resort, kids pool, spa, water park, jumping cushion, go cart and ofcourse the kids playground. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Cairns.

Great holiday place for young family. Kids loved all the pools. There were many little ants inside our cabin. Was not able to get rid of them.
