This hotel has one major advantage to others and is their location in the center of the town proper. Nice view of the bay and of the town center fountain which they start up in the evenings. Nothing spectacular about the rooms which are basic. It does have hot water for the shower, but not the sink. No fridge for cold drinks or place to put snacks to keep the ants away. The rooms, even on the 3rd & the floor has ants and they like to bite. Wi fi is very slow, so slow that you cannot use it to check in for air flights.

If disco music at 7am till 7pm is your thing ..??..then this is the place for you .. 80db of noise from the adjacent markets is the norm ..!!

Located in the centre of Coron Town. No elevator, no slippers, no blanket and no hair dryer in room unless you ask for. Breakfast is fair and you might not have time to enjoy a great breakfast because every tours are start in early morning.

Nice and clean hotel in Coron Town near all the restaurants and shops. Good breakfast served every morning from 6.30 to 9am. No elevator, and it’s a 4 floors hotel. No elevators in this island. Which didn’t bother us, but some pleople might find it inconvenient. They do laundry also at the hotel which was a big plus. They have airport shuttle service. Nice helpful staff. Only thing that was inconvenient for us was that we needed to be present while they cleaned our room? And also water drainage wasn’t the best in the shower. Overall a nice clean hotel, close to everything.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were big and the shower was warm. Wifi available but not in the rooms, our room did not have a window. Service was horrible, Grace at the reception was the unkindest person that we had an encounter with during our three weeks in the philippines. Arrogant, unwilling to help, more concerned with her phone than with guests. Would not come back.

Room had a nice layout and breakfast was good. After 3 nights we asked why there wasn’t any room service and the front desk attendant responded, “did you ask the front desk?” The wife walked out the front door to spare the wrath of the titan. What I really appreciate about customer service is being appreciated with a simple smile and a “good morning” or “good afternoon” but that didn’t ever happpen. I liked the location of the hotel with shopping and restaurants near by. We stayed here for 5 nights for our New Years. On our next trip to Coron we will stay at another location

I stayed 2 years ago and it was very good. However it is not the same. I booked a queen room but on arrival they gave me a room with twin beds. The breakfast before was good but now it is limited and cold. The cleaning staff are very good. However the front desk and restaurant staff are lazy and uninterested in serving the customers

Not worth it at all, safe in the room wasn’t working I asked the front desk they told me it is what it is. Wifi only in the lobby, when I asked the reason she said “in coron all the hotels has wifi in lobby only” I don’t know If I should believe that. They had a construction going which after long argument they gave us room in opposite side of the building so it wouldn’t awoke us up at 8am. second day there was a problem with the water so we had low pressure cold shower. There was a cockroach in our room, and we had a lot of mosquito in the room. Breakfast was two type a ham, eggs, white rice. Which was fairly cold. I made a complain to the expedia about this trip and this hotel, I hope they make it right.

We were given an attic room where we paid for a family room, it was on the fifth floor and there was no elevator. The toilet was not working, maintenance guy had to come up and replaced a broken part. The phone was not working the first time. This hotel was over priced; room was not worth the money we paid for; the island tour was overpriced $8.00 per person compared to other tour agencies, shuttle van transporting you to airport and back, (thought it was included in the hotel service); laundry wash was P85 per lb; separate drying another P85/lb. Wi fi only works downstairs, at the lobby, no connection when you are in your room. We bought a P300 load each for our phones, for unlimited data, claimed it was for 30 days, it lasted 10 hrs. No manager or supervisor on site to air your concerns. Hotel staff answer to our questions was mostly, " I don't know Ma'am!" Paid extra P6,000 for 3 person island tour and transporting us to and back to airport. Overall, we were not happy with our stay. Not worth the money to stay in this hotel.

The hotel was very close to shops and restaurants, in front of the police station. Very convenient. The hotel was very clean and the staff were super helpful and very friendly.

The hotel had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Coron.

Everything was fine. Welcoming, basic accommodation in a good location.

Good location, everything in walking distance. Breakfast below par, rooms are basic however we had a lot of ants in ours. Staff were not very helpful on tourist information, recommendations or local area.

It was ok. But too much noise from construction on my side of building #301. No dark curtains, great water pressure. Breakfast was included, but only ok, it was barely warm. Then they wanted to microwave it to warm it it up. Its 2018 dont they know that doing that destroys any nutrients or food value?

An elevator would have made our stay better. Our room was at the 5th floor so after an exhausting day of water activities, it was really an effort to haul ourselves all the way up.

The hotel is under construction, very noisy and smells bad. The reception staff are not speaking a word in English, we asked to talk with the manager, which was not there in out complete stay (4 nights).

The stay was good overall. The location of the hotel is good, however noone even bothered to empty the trash bins (including the bathroom one) for three days. Breakfast could also be better, but plus for the buffet. Bathroom was good, however there is no wifi in the rooms which is a big minus, you have to go to the reception to be able to use it.

We had a seafront room and it was exceptionally noisey. The location of the hotel is between a construction site and a dusty field with a noisey marketplace playing loud music and bad karaoke all day. The hotel location is not reccommended- it’s also very noisey from all the loud motorbikes as it’s a busy main road. Staff at the hotel were bad. We arrived to no towels and they couldn’t organize any until 7pm- after we needed to remind them several times. Every time we asked for something the staff seemed to act very put off. Finally, we discovered all the smoke alarms on level 4 including in our room had flat batteries so weren’t working. We tried to get the staff to replace them but after several times of following up with them and explaining over and over we just gave up.

The location of the hotel was central to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable and accommodations came with free breakfast. The only downside may be that the hotel did not have any elevator but the reception kindly moved us to the second floor.

good hotel for a cheap price. how I wish thought that all rooms has terrace. our clothes was always soaked from the island hoping/diving tours, a terrace to hang our clothes dry could have helped. great hotel personnel, friendly and always ready to help
