Dan and Jamie were so accommodating. The breakfasts were wonderful and enough to keep you full for the day. The house was spotless, rooms very comfortable and the common areas inviting. All this, and just a short walk to get to Niagara Falls. Can’t wait to come back!

The Butler House Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful B&B. Dan and Jamie are wonderful hosts. They are spot on with their restaurant recommendations. The house is a beautiful living space and has been recently updated. The wifi has good coverage. The breakfasts are superb. It is close to the Falls and the Gorge trail. If you are going to spend time in Niagara Falls, this is the place to stay.

If you're looking for the best Bed & Breakfast in Niagara Falls, look no further! Dan and Jamie set the bar for a bed and breakfast after our stay. From the moment you walked in, you can tell every detail is thoughtfully considered. We stayed here with another couple for 3 nights and we all can't stop talking about it. The house is immaculate, and we always felt very comfortable. We stayed in the Regatta Room (with the sun porch) and had a very spacious room and bathroom. The parlor area is a really nice room to use to enjoy the company of our friends. Dan and Jamie went above and beyond for us during our stay. They were extremely hospitable and we loved getting their recommendations to restaurants, activities, shops, etc. And you can't forget about the breakfast! Each day we were treated with a sweet and savory dish that blew any restaurant out of the water. It was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed every aspect of it. We can't wait to come back and visit again!

Helina and Merl were warm and inviting, the bed was comfy and everything was very clean. I truly appreciate getting away from it all and I like that our suite had no television in it, made for some restorative cat naps! Thanks for all the recommendations about eateries and bars. I also appreciate you filling my water jug for us as we embarked on a long road trip home. Can't wait to come back next summer!

Racist owners, bad wifi, bad check-in process and double charge on the credit card because they don't check hotels.com apparently. Overall, it was an incredibly bad experience to stay here, and I will not recommend this place. After my stay here, I am having to deal with hotels.com to sort out the payment as the owners from this stupid place charged my card for the full amount again. BTW, looks like the owning lady has some unresolved issues with Indian people, based on the questions she asked me about her past guests. Rooms are decent and beds comfy, and a problem with a shower were fixed.

What an amazing Bed And Breakfast to have stayed in!! Our hosts could not have been more accommodating!! We were welcomed with smiles and charm and our room was so wonderful, spacious with a private bath. The breakfast was to die for! So delicious! Eggs, sausage ,bacon, fresh fruit, tea,coffee..the works! Highly recommend the Butler House!! Niagra Falls itself was a truly amazing experience, one we will not soon forget.

They would not respect privacy, yelled at opening a door which we haven't, yelled at taking a plate from the dining room to the lounge area, yelled at not leaving at 10:00 am (which we weren't told about!) as we were leaving the door at 12:00 pm. We were the only guests and no incoming! There was no need for such behavior. We felt uncomfortable to be treated with disrespect during our holiday. Breakfasts were nice, bed was comfortable but not a good value for money. We are not going back and not recommending it.

Owners were very friendly and quite informative. Made our stay very comfortable, and had great recommendations for eating out. Highly recommend the Brickyard in Lewiston. Breakfast was delicious every day and the House was very clean. Highly recommended from us.

The shuttle to go anywhere in town or the northern area is a five minute walk (though shuttles were about a 20 minute wait between each one) and the Trolley to the park and the actual falls is only about 7 minuets away. We stayed here while visiting The falls over a long weekend. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved their restaurant recommendations.

We had a wonderful two night stay at The Butler House. The hosts were very kind and helpful in suggesting wonderful restaurants for dinners, etc. The breakfast table was beautifully set and a full gourmet hot breakfast was prepared for us each morning. Our room was very pretty with a canopy bed. They have a lovely porch and spacious living room with coffee/tea for guests to use as well. The B&B is a short walk to Niagara Falls.

Helena was very cordial and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding....I was a little nervous about the area. But the location was close to all the attractions.

First time staying at a bed and breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised. The owners made us feel very comfortable and they were very helpful in directing us to all the right locations to sightsee and where to dine. The room was very clean and the common areas were very comfortable. The breakfast served each day was outstanding and a lot of effort was made to make your stay enjoyable!
