Good value for money; large room with garden (trees) view which I loved. Slight drawback is hearing staff chat in the courtyard but nothing major. Great lovation too next to tube and Pratter.

Front desk offered me free breakfast even though it was not included in my reservation. I thought he was very nice until I got charged anyway upon my checkout. Didn’t like the dishonesty. The soap dispenser was empty, no towels so had to go downstairs to get it. No phone in the room by the way. The area was very convenient.

Property was ok considering the price for a budget hotel

Very clean. A/C wasn’t working so room became very hot and sweaty. The room key card kept getting demagnetized if it even came within sight of my phone. Overall - it’s a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for.

Good location for métro. Only downside is no kettle in the room to make coffee in the morning. Rooms are small but you’re not going there to stay in the room so that’s fine

The experience was ok in general. Very friendly personnel, fast and easy check in/out. Everyone mentions the shower in the room and for a good reason, it makes no sense. Also, the absence of a mini fridge in the room is a major inconvenience. The staff cleaned and changed towels everyday and general cleaning was ok. Given the cost (average close to 80€/day) and the services provided I would probably choose another hotel.

Perfect for a short stay, easy access to and from the airport.

The hotel was fine for the budget range however the shower was cold most days after 1 minute and stayed cold. there was a building site next door which we were not told about when booking and the workmen actually start work at 6:30 am Monday to Friday

Cheap and convenient. Less than 10 mins into the city centre using the metro from Prater. Room was quite large with a shower cubicle within the room. Breakfast plentiful and self serve.

This hotel is just gross. Dirty, yellowing sheets, dusty corners. Not a good place and won’t stay again.

Double charge for breakfast. The food wasn't good either. Others should win.

Fantastic location a short walk from the subway. Very helpful staff with great English. The shower was in the bedroom which may be an issue for some people. Breakfast is only cold food.

The service, breakfast, location and rooms were all just fine, but the beds are terrible! Really hard beds and a pillow the size of a pancake made our backs worse and worse. If they only changed their madrasses and pillows we would never complain!

We especially enjoyed the nearby amusement park and impressive restaurant within.

No business or tourists like hotels and expect your stays more like staying in the hostel. I can even hear all the noises from the next room occupants. The beds are more like narrow miniature size beds, the room had no dryers, no closets, no ironing sets, no fridge, no coffee makers. And it was a zoo like experience during breakfast hours. The food was more like school cafeteria setting. 30 seats and 150 people cramming in. The room I stayed was no air conditioning ( yes, I left the windows open all day and all night) and it feels so hot during the summer season. Sachet hotel is 5 star hotel and IBIS HOTEL is more like -5 (minus 5) star hotel. The place is more for English hooligans and European back packers.
