Well, the check in was very smooth and efficient. However the breakfast need to improve, the food is quite salty.

Everything was fantastic with this hotel…just that they really need to maintain the gym room and equipments!! It was humid even though the air con was running and equipments were sticky and rusting.

Room is infestated by cocktoaches, staff is nonchalant even feedback given. Stayed innroom 1907, ehole night catching cockroaches and killed 4 an dmany more crawling

Good location, walking distance to KSL mall and good eateries around. 15 mins to Midvalley mall and JB sentral too. Buffet breakfast is average. Front desk service is good. Room is very spacious too

Good location next to KSL. Room is dated. Floor lamp stand is almost fractured, held up with duct tape. Bed is clean but unsure about the sofa and cushions. All canned drinks and snack (1 x KitKat) in fridge is free. Nice touch.

Stayed one night on New Year Day and was utterly disappointed at how the hotel has deteriorated through the years. Have always been my choice of hotel in JB but after trying other hotels in JB for the past 1year, have decided to stay for a night at Holiday Villa after driving back from KL. Check-in was efficient but upon reaching level 15 of the hotel, the lift lobby carpet were mouldy with a foul smell that stretches to my room. Entered my room and the carpet in my room were wet and mouldy with the foul smell as well. There were no effort to remove the stains (possibly hair dye or other brownish products) left by previous customers as the flooring of the shower area were stained with those. Doesn't give a clean and comfy feeling to rest on after a long drive.

Toilet door could not be closed. The door don’t even fit into the frame. Closet lights blinking. Toilet paper holder is loose. Looks like a screw has fallen off. I booked for 3 persons but was only given 2 single- size beds put together. They want to extra rm85 for extra bed when I have already indicated 3 persons in the booking. This is definitely not a 4.2 star rated hotel. Ruined my holiday.

Toilet bathtub is bad, water can’t flowing out and so bad that u can’t even use it. Is flooding the dirty water. Bad maintenance.

Great location. Everything else was mostly basic. More could be done to take advantage of the excellent location to upscale the hotel. Service personnel are the other saving grace.

Hotel location was ver good, just crossed the road can reach KSL shopping mall. Overall the stay was comfortable , big thanks to reversation team help to arranged for our booking of 3 rooms on the same floor with connection to each other. Have a hapoy family trip. I would like to feedback the toiletries items can be improved, such as to orovide cotton bud, citton wool pad...shower gul, shampoo & conditioner too snall bottle.

Convenient location just opposite KSL and Holiday Plaza. clean room and has a beautiful pool. We feel safe walking around the area at night.

Good place to stay

Poor stay. Hotel issued another couple same room and that couple tried to enter our room when we were inside!! Also very inflexible with making us go up to the car to get the parking ticket to validate when they could have just gave a new ticket. Room sound proofing is poor also can hear next door and from upstairs. Poor stay will not stay here again

This is the second or third time im staying here. Check in was fuss free and quick, took about 5 mins as there wasnt any queue. Staff was friendly. KSL mall is just opp the hotel, mid valley was about 8 mins by grab. Breakfast was simple but enough. Basic breakfast choices, the nasi lemak was good. Room is big, toilet is big and clean. However, we could hear the outside noises even though we were on a high floor. And we could hear our neighbour talking too. Light sleepers should take note. The room basically wasnt sound proofed at all. Would stay here again but with ear plugs.

We chose the hotel for its location as Thai Odyssey was within the same building. The breakfast was crowded but there was a good choice. The infinity pool was pretty but rather small. There was an odour in the corridors and room despite the non-smoking sign. No wow factor in the room.

The room is clean and king sized bed is very comfortable. Breakfast included & is good.!

Walls were quite thin and we could hear people talking from the connecting room. Called them and told them about the situation. The first operator told me he could only offer to downgrade my room as there were no other rooms available. I politely proceed to ask for ear plugs. He placed me on hold to check if there are any ear plugs and after awhile, the line got cut. Called operated again and another operator replied “no earplugs”. Told me that the only way will be to downgrade my room and without any form of compensation. She gave the “take it or leave it” attitude. I even have to suggest they give the opposite room guest a call. Very disappointed with the way they handled the situation and also the service levels of a 4 star hotel.
