Room was clean and staff was very friendly. The only downside I would have to say was the breakfast. Eggs were too dry and the biscuits were a bit stale. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

I was in town visiting my son in college, and I must say I overall enjoyed my stay! It was not too far from restaurants and shopping areas. However, it was a little noisy at night due to being so close to the highway. But otger than that everything was great.

Easy access and very convenient to the hospital. Staff was fried and professional. Hotel was clean in all aspects. Breakfast was ok but doable. We have chosen to stay here the past five times to Lubbock in two years. It’s has been consistent, clean and pleasant. Will stay again on our next bisit

No coffee maker in my room even though pods were made available. As I Ieft at 4AM, the desk agent kindly allowed me access to the breakfast room so I could get a cup of coffee. This was greatly appreciated!!

we travel through Lubbock on our way from Albuquerque to Austin regularly to visit family. This was a new choice for overnighting. It was terrific — quiet, clean, comfortable and a nice breakfast.

All the workers were very nice. The parking lot was well lit. It was a home football game and the hotel was sold out or near sold out but didn’t feel packed or overly crowded or loud. The room’s air conditioner wouldn’t stay on for more than 6 hours. The bathroom had a dirty washcloth left behind, the bathroom door was so squeaky.

Was a great hotel, would recommend, only complaint I have is a $58 charge to my card from the property that they couldn’t explain or refund.

Just stayed one night for a surgical procedure. Highly recommend this location! Comfortable, clean, quiet, affordable, we really enjoyed our stay.

The propert was clean. Parking was what I expected at check in. When I came back from dinner though, it was togh finding a spot. Seemed to be a lot of visitors for breakfast. Overheard more than one family arrived to see guests staying there and got invited for breakfast. In the future I will stay somewhere else.

The staff was super nice, the room was perfect and the location was just minutes away from Texas Tech U where I was headed but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

Stay was very nice up until last night feont desk called room at 530am waking all the babies up to say there was a noise complaint! Was very annoyed everyone knows when a phone rings that early children wake up extremely fussy and refuse to return to bed.. (They called wrong room)...

The staff was extremely friendly. Our trunk of the car got stuck so we couldnt get the walker out for my husband. The staff gave us a chair to help bring him in the hotel.
The next morning the maintenance personnel tried to help us get in the trunk. The staff was so helpful.

For the price, this hotel is clean and comfortable. No frill, but a comfy bed and friendly staff. I felt safe traveling with my two kids.

This is a clean and new hotel but we didn't feel very safe there compared to other Lubbock areas. When we arrived there was a man sitting at the bench in front of the hotel with no shirt, no shoes, pants falling down, had gauze patches all over him (had clearly just been discharged from the hospital) and seemed high on some kind of medication/drug. He was still there over an hour later (after numerous trips to our car). Later he was falling all over himself and spilling all the water out of water dispenser near the elevator. I reported him to the front desk employee but they dismissed it because he was a "paying customer". She could have asked him to go to his room.
We didn't feel very safe in the hotel or in the fast food areas around it. We won't be staying here again.

It’s a little dark inside and could use some updating but other than that everything was good. The front desk person was friendly and the room was clean and spacious.

Spent the night due to a very early doctor appointment. The room was very comfortable and quiet so woke up refreshed and the breakfast menu was quite good. A very good experience.

This hotel is nicely located just off the Loop 289 yet somehow away from heavy traffic. Its nice and quiet, somewhat secluded from the city yet so close to everything you need. The room was clean and equipped with everything I could need (microwave, fridge, iron, desk, etc) for my business trip. The breakfast was nice, hot, and delicious. Staff was friendly and check-in was quick. Definitely happy with my decision to stay here.

Very clean lobby with a pleasant smell. Checkin was easy and quick. Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable with good amenities. Water pressure was meager at best and it was difficult to find comfortable-warm between scalding hot and freezing. Breakfast was adequate. Eggs and bacon were cold, but plentiful. Apples and oranges were the only fruit offered. But many other options nearby.
