My experience was very bad.
Hotels.com did a horrible service.
I called many times and they never answered the phone in customer service.
Only computers averting and after 1/2 an hour Del would hang up on me.
The organization in the hotel was terrible. They gave me 4 different rooms because in each one they have a different problem . After going downstairs at the lobby with suitcases every time to explain the problem took like an hour to get a fifth room that was clean with out any problems.
I won't do any business with Expedia or hotels. Com anymore.
They are getting worse every time I use it.

Quick overnight trip with the family, room clean and easy check in and out.

Pretty clean and quiet hotel. Their lobby is spacious and lots of tables to sit at. The breakfast provided was pretty basic but good. The room we booked was clean and very spacious for family of 6. More security is needed in the parking area. Our friend’s truck was broken into over night. Other than that, all went well.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious. The beds were supposed to be queen but they looked more like double beds. The room did not have a door between the living room and the bedroom, so privacy was an bi issue.

The service at this hotel was terrible. We had 4 rooms.
One of the rooms has no AC turned on and it was boiling and stinky with chlorine smell. The bathroom door could not close. There was cockroaches.
Another room had same issue with bath door, the sink was not draining properly.
Even after reporting the issues we're not fixed and was told to wait for next day.
Next day the staff told us that they can change room when you come back to hotel you can move things to new room. However we got call at noon that we must move things to new room or allow them to move which we don't want.
2nd day in breakfast we asked if the omlet contains any meat. The kitchen staff said there is no meat, however when we ate we found pork in it. This is absolutely terrible , violating religious beliefs.
On every occasion they said manager will contact who never contacted.

I been booking at this hotel every time I have to go to San Antonio for the past five years. Only complaint I have is that they need to fix the gym cable machine. Everything else is perfect and staff is super helpful and attentive.
