Nice hotel with spacious rooms and decent prices. This is the third time I stayed in this hotel, I really liked it, it close to everything with walkable distance.

The room is clean and staffs are helpful, although the building is old but hotel seems newly renovated. Very convenient for shopping or take subway, a lot of restaurants nearby.

Lido hotel in Shen Zhen is such a big hotel and a great place to stay. The hotel room is big and clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are so nice. The hotel location is great and very convenient for taking public transportation.

Hotel is clean, and facility conditional still ok, bed is ok as well. Very completive price

The property to stat is good for money. But receptionist lady was not helpful when we ask to get a small desk in our room 804 without consulting with other departments or colleagues. Just said no.

At the hotel, I request a desk or small table in my room 804 for few hours as I have friends come to my room visit. But the lady receptionist in the front desk answer me straight away the hotel do not have any desk for the room guest. But I do not think such a big hotel can not borrow a small table?

This is an old Chinese hotel renovated. The breakfast is wonderfully Chinese oriented, so be warned. The Elite renovated rooms are non smoking and the hotel is opposite XiangXiCun on Line9.

This is a nice hotel, it gives me back the old memories when I stayed there about 20-30 years ago. It is still very nice, of course it adds more upgrades features. I like it and will be back soon.

The price was ok

The hotel is centrally located in the district of Luohu which is decent value for money. The room I stayed in was well decorated, the bedding was comfortable and supportive and the furniture was functional. It uses automated robots to deliver in room services which very advanced & efficient. Water was dripping from underneath the basin & the manual refund of deposit was slow when checking out. Overall a pleasant stay which was slightly let down by the finer details from the staff.

We have a good stay here. Room is clean and nice facilities. Wifi connection is also good. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Some of them can understand English which is very helpful. Will consider to stay here again. Location also very strategic as it is close to eating outlets (halal restaurants), hospital and metro station.

They provide with only two small bottles (350 ml) for one day for two people stay. Don't provide any coffee or black tea with sugar and only some cheap green tea in the room. There are botlte of waters for sale in the room which are highly priced one. Their restaurant is not a high quality restaurant but the prices are almost as high as in any big fivr star hotel.

Good hotel, friendly staff, room cleaned everyday. Therefore the wifi connection is very slow and the western food in ceasar restaurant is not good.

I like this hotel, this is not the first time I stayed here. Great value as the price is very reasonable and my overall stay was very comfortable. However, like most website, our request are mostly ignored. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I specifically requested again/ insist to be given a non-smoking room. However, during check-in, I was told that all are smoking room, if I need non-smoking, I need to pay extra for a slightly larger room. I paid but I couldn't see the difference in room size (not the first time I stay here). Regardless if the room is larger or not, hotel shouldn't be charging me extra, as my request is very common, not an unusual request.
