Clean apartment. Close enough to Broadway to walk. Free parking included!

Love the place! Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bath amazing. We did struggle with the Apple TV but didn't really need it.

Property is in a good location. Walkable to Broadway, but quiet at night. Free parking is a plus. No elevator. We stayed on the first floor and the noise from the unit above us was VERY loud. They were not being noisy, just walking around. There is virtually no insulation between the floor above and the ceiling. Dishwasher worked well. Washer and dryer worked well and was nice to have. Cooking utensils were old and worn. The entire property could use a refresh. We had an issue with the wifi but it was fixed on our second day. The BBQ joint around the corner is EXCELLENT. We would probably stay again, but on the top floor.

A very pleasant spot close to the convention center. If I travel to Nashville again this will be my first choice. A very good value.

Great room/apartment type unit. Separate bedroom and bathroom from kitchen/living room area. Terrific location and easy few block walk to Broadway and lots of restaurants.
Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Nashville.

We enjoyed our four days and three nights. The one bedroom was perfect for the two of us. We loved the invisibility without actual staff which gave us autonomy. The kitchen, washer/drier were good to have. Only an A/C unit in the living room, rather than in the bedroom also was our only real objection. We sat outside on the patio every day. Martin's BBQ is next-door, and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance. Terrific place to stay and reasonable. We highly recommend!

The staff at Black Swan SoBro Guest House were great. When the kitchen sink began to leak they came and fixed it quickly. They were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean and very nice. It was very close and walkable to many restaurants, Broadway Street, and interesting attractions.

Great location. Very clean inside the room. Could use some coffee/tea mugs. The mugs there are the size of soup bowls. I would highly recommend staying here. No elevator' not a problem for us but could be for others.

such a cute little room! air conditioner was in the living room area so it got hot in the bedroom it would be nice for a fan of some sort. there was also lack of mirrors besides the bathroom so an extra would have been great. my boyfriend proposed in the room so it will forever be my favorite place ◡̈

Excellent apartment, very clean and well appointed. Great spot, just far enough off of Broadway for a quiet night, but easy walk.

The place was great, but the parking lot should be labeled that no over sized vehicles allowed. Parking lot is too small for too many big pickup trucks.
Instructions for the coffee maker would have been very helpful

The property is walking distance to everything, with a very affordable price.
The only thing that need to be disclosed is there is no elevator so if not on the first floor be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs

We had no idea that there were no elevators on the property! We were placed on the 3rd floor (2 women traveling together) & I am in my 60’s & recently had a knee replaced! Thank goodness for my niece (we were celebrating her college graduation)! Details about the property should be disclosed on their website! It was a great location for us & the room/apt was “nice enough” Could “use” more lighting in bedroom & living area (overhead)
I would stay there again but would request the lower floor

My daughter and I were in town for CMA Fest. Loved the accommodations. Perfect location. Unfortunately, the washer and the safe were not working, that is why I didn't give you 5 stars on all levels.
Loved the kitchen, we were able to breakfast in all 4 days. You should advertise the Dollar King General as a place to get groceries. Only a few blocks away and it had everything we needed.Way better than a $24 Uber round trip to a big grocery chain store.

Communication/response was terrible. Surprise $200 property fee added after confirming reservation - additional to the taxes and fees of $100 for a 2 night stay - no explanation of what that is for when inquired.
Black mold on shower curtain - dirty dishes in cupboards - multiple plates and cutlery..
A deep clean is required - grimy kitchen floor around stove..
Bed was comfortable, sheets clean - good location.

The room was clean and within walking of Broadway St. and The Amphitheater which was wonderful. But, the website wasn’t very clear. We weren’t aware that we were going to be in an apartment on the third floor of a building with no elevator.

Flooring buckled. Mold in bathroom and soft spot next to shower felt unsafe as repetitive water there and flooring unstable. Area in wall had spot that was wet and bug kept going in and out of the wall. Beds ok but would not stay there again

We had an excellent stay at this property. The unit was well decorated and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer! The location is great, within walking distance to popular spots. The checkin process was efficient and the staff was responsive. Overall, we’re pleased with our visit and would recommend it!

The place was a perfect getaway from the insanity of Broadway. Good food in the surrounding block, but we found nothing around 3am. Only negative was there was only 1 serving of coffee for a 3-day stay, with no convenient way to find refills nearby without buying in bulk. We’d totally stay there again!

Old and dirty. Bunch of insects. Pictures don’t reflect real condition of the property. Safe is out of order, so i carried all belongings with me all the time.

The Blackswan Sobro was in a great location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The accommodations were very good, comfy beds,well equiped kitchen and roomy bathroom with nice towels. A little nit picking would have the bed side lamps controlled by something other than the wall switch at the bedroom door. At no fault to Blackswan another resident through up on the stairway, which wasn't pleasant to walk around
Overall we would definitely stay here again when visting Nashville.
