Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Had to report an unpleasant smell in the bathroom drains a couple of times but housekeeping staff responded quickly.

Honestly blown away. I’ve stayed at other 5* hotels in Bali and this is number 1. The staff are the best especially Wayan and Riska. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is great. Everyone is so happy and friendly. My daughter had her birthday and was treated like a princess. And it’s within walking distance to everything you need. I honestly cannot say enough. Loved it and will return again soon. 20 stars.

Me and my husband stayed for our first trip in Bali for 10 days and we could not fault it! The staff were absolutely wonderful and super helpful. The resort is quiet and out of the way but still close enough (10-15minute) walk to the beach or a quick 5 minute scooter We had a great stay and can’t wait to go back!

The room we were give is close to the open lobby area and it gets little noisy when people pass through talking loudly at night. We were awake two nights around 5am. Rooms do not have strong sound proofing. Staff and breakfast were great though.

Beautiful service, very clean and modern rooms. Nice chill swim up pool bar. Very good value for the price.

Great hotel, good rooms. Amazing service. We went as a big family and had 3 king rooms booked. 6 adults and 2 kids. We had an amazing time. Breakfast: Good spread. Enough vegetarian options for my parents. Chef wayan went out of his way to look after us. All staff were extremely helpful. Best part for me was the proper coffee that was included in the breakfast. We had a early morning day trip planned and if you order a day before, you can get a packed breakfast. My tip though would be if you have tume, go in the mroning and pack food yourself as then you can choose what to pack. The packed breakfast they provided wasnt as great as the usual spread. Pool: Decent size pool with a swim up bar. We had a few good cocktails here. Also serving coffees, shakes and hot chocolates (for the kids). Cant drink the hot chocolate in the pool but kids enjoyed nonetheless. Only con being no sun, and thus pool was a bit cold. Restaurant: We didnt eat other meals at the restaurants much, but few times ordered room service for the kids. Pizzas etc were decent enough. They did have a bbq on one of the days. Service: As mentioned before, the service was the best part. Sam at the teception and chef wayan were extremely helpful throughput the stay. Nothing was too much and they went out of the way to make us feel welcome. Location: This is the only con as this place is not walkable to anywhere. Cant walk to beach, or general shops, restaurants but is a 5 min drive everywhere.

The property was always clean and the staff was very kind. I thought the property and staff were exceptional and will definitely stay here again.

Great service and care continually through the whole trip

The staff are excellent. I stayed 10 nights and the same standard was kept over the 10 days. Nothing was too much trouble. And it was always delivered with a smile.

We upgraded to pool side which cost us$27 extra per night which was very noisy being next to lift with kitchen trolleys etc, we were moved to another room which was much better, very obiging, very friendly staff, nothing was a hassle for them.Its a .little bit out from restuarants and night life but only cost $3 taxi

Loved the hotel, but a little to far out

The friendliness of the staff was outstanding, they couldn't do enough for us. Our room was spotlessly clean, with items such as toothbrushes/paste, fresh towels, tea & coffee making facilities (requested more coffee and it was provided without question). Very happy with the service and the facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Found very respectful staff, including chef Kayan and Nandita. Highly recommended to everyone to visit Bali and stay at Fairfield by Marriott in legian.

The property was very good to stay at. The pool was nice and relaxing. The restaurant had good menu planning. The staff were always smiling and courteous. The room was nice and kept clean everyday that I was there. The reception staff were professional and accommodating. A miscellaneous deposit of 500k wasn’t a problem. Transportation wasn’t a problem getting to the hotel from the airport. Also plenty of grab or gojek drivers around to take you anywhere. The location is near the beach. There’s also a wide variety of shops and dining options around the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for future travellers.

Unable to sign off anything off to the room to pay at departure Had to pay everything at once even the laundry Floor tiles in the bathroom / toilet are lethal when wet !!!! Will be back to Bali but not here

The restaurant at the hotel is basic - staff have trouble understanding basic requests.

Absolutely loved our stay. Awesome management, very clean rooms and buffet was excellent! Highly recommend to all.
