Very friendly staff and great outdoor pool area

A little oasis of calm in busy Seminyak. Quiet and very plesant stay. Lovely staff. Some aspects of the room were looking a little tired (worn chairs on balcony, under-sheet on bed had a hole in it), but otherwise the room was generally okay. Not too bad for the relatively affordable price. The only downside to the quiet location - is you will have to walk 15 mins to get to most of the main Seminyak restaurants, but there are a few good local options nearby.

Hotel was nice and staff could not cavern more helpful or friendly. Room could do with a bit of a refurb with some of the furniture looking tired and water marks on the ceiling. Beds are also rather hard.

Very close to everything you would need. The staff go way beyond to ensure your holiday time is just that your holiday. They really do spoil you. The security guards are so efficient opening gates and carrying bags opening car doors to assist too. I will definitely come back to stay here and throughly recommend. You cannot go wrong staying here. 1st time in Seminyak staying. 4 times Sanur and 8 times Nusa Dua.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful pool area and super friendly staff. Good breakfast and really comfortable room. Only downside was the door to the room rattling with the wind and waking us up, plus the room wasn’t very soundproof so noise from the street was a bit annoying.

Very pleasant motel, clean and comfortable. staffing was excellent, friendly and efficient, helpful, good English. Bed was to firm for my liking (personal preference) No iron in room. But all and all i would recommend it to my friends

We loved our stay, the staff were very accommodating and the rooms were always clean and tidy. Easy access to the pool are and quick walk into town. Needs a bar or something to bring some more atmosphere

Staff were brilliant, so very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Nice hotel clean, very quite, nice pool and lounge area. Only problem was no room service for food and restaurant as no staff, if you want lunch have to order at breakfast and if you want dinner you have to order at lunch time. Breakfast was good and had a selection of choices, but you have to order the night before. But all in all a good hotel and brilliant staff

I just left the d’Penjor after a 6 night stay. I love this place. It is quietly located on the island with a short walk to the centre of Seminyak. We stayed on the ground floor front room next to the pool. So it was great to relax in front of your room by the pool. I can say all of the staff from the front security, reception to the maintenance man are excellent and helpful to your needs.I highly recommend this place and will be staying again.

A wonderful nights stay after a flight . Hotel is lovely . Staff are happy and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Not sure of location as didn’t venture out as we left for Ubud next morning.

Staff was friendly and very friendly. Room was quite big. Downside is the location from seminyak square but a taxi ride is always available.

d'Penjor is a very nice hotel. The pool is great and the staff are wonderful. The room is HUGE, which is actually part of the problem. The air conditioner can only be used when in the room, but it is so big that it takes a while for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. The air con is also right above the bed, which most know can cause congestion. The breakfast is ok, but having tried breakfasts offered in other local hotels, the offerings were a bit subpar. It's also an ok location, but if you plan to walk back to the hotel at night, be prepared to battle with rats. big ones. not the hotel's fault at all, and this is surely a problem for any hotels off the main roads, but something to keep in mind. I don't think this is a bad place at all, but I would want to try something else, possibly smaller just so I could cool down from the excrutiating heat of Bali

Really nice hotel - staff were extremely accommodating

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Especially Siska, Rahayu and Yanti.Breakfast was good. Serene location. A couple of massage and restaurants nearby and within walking distance.

Nothing but great things to say about this property. Great accommodation, service from the staff, breakfast was fantastic, walkable location to dining and shopping, and a great place to just lay out by the pool. Would highly recommend.

It was a nice stay for the price and staff were very lovely! Only complaint is the sheets had stains.
