Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more...
Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.

The room is comfy and spacious, bed, amenities, cleanliness and staff are all great. This will be the perfect hotel to stay in if you want proximity to Senai airport and Johor premium outlet. If you want peace of mind and good/ quiet place to rest, this hotel will be the choice.

Very exclusive hotel.
But buffet breakfast does not tally with the exclusiveness. Quite upset in fact.
Although i think giving more options would potentially caused more wastage...
Could have provided water dispenser as a measure towards environmental sustainability.

The room was clean and comfortable. Just that the Bathrobe was dirty and one of the light was off.All over the Hotel is very good and very cheap of what you have received.

The HOtel looks ok and comfortable but the room cleaning is so so only.......... Rubbish on the floor also not collected during room cleaning......

Room cleanliness was very poor especially toilet, the floor was coverered by hair, the smell of the toilet was bad, mirror was not clean properly there’s white patch.

Overall good , nothing to complain at this price~ worth the money. We check in very late but all goes fast, ask for shaver it come very fast, service is good.Room is very clean and comfort. Breakfast is good too.

Have gym and pool facilities.
Very comfortable in a room.. Can watch many tv channel..
But need to improve in term of food quality service during morning breakfast..dont serve overcook and undercook foods ..

Location is a big further away from major malls, but it is the best hotel closest to Johor Premium Outlets. Not many eating places within walking distances to hotel.

Very short handed. No service staff was available to serve the free flow of wine during 5-7pm. The staff can hardly speak English.

Don’t even provide Chinese paper despite stay there few time. No courtesy to include as part of the package. Other hotel with this rate would have do more than this.

Horrifying experiences, hotel computer system was down and could not issue invoice, and didn’t even have a backup plan to issue customer with a decent invoice.Paid for the buffet dinner, amazing part was the dishes were ran out and it wasn’t refill or replenish. I am wondering what about those who came to the dinner late without much choices.Room tidiness were questionable too, could see stain on the table and toilet basin which obviously the room attendant didn’t clean it up, items like toothbrush and towels weren’t replenish .Hope the hotel management can improve on these areas.
