great hotel. very clean. this is my second time i stay there and will stay again. very central. price is fair. accepted free cancellation of my second room as my colleague was sick. firdge was not working and they changed immediately once i reported. breakfast is great. i stayed over the 20th floor and view is great. love this hotel and will come again.

The room was so small and the layout was weird. the sink was right beside the bed. for some reason my husband and i didnt have good sleep the entire week that we stayed. The water from shower and faucet was uncontrollably too hot. Even my colleague who stayed in the same hotel had the same problem, we would have to wait such a long time for the water to cool down (for like 15 min) before taking a shower or washing our faces. I was really frustrated. The only good part is that u get food vouchers if you opt not to have your room cleaned.

Very, very disappointed by the reluctance to work with me to help solve an issue! I had an extremely late check-in due to continuous meetings but despite dropping my bags early, and registering my passport. I had to re-register my passport on actual check-in, thereby delaying my access to the room and further shortening what was already a very short stay! That made my stay an extremely expensive stay for the ~3 hours. The hotel refused to keep my baggage to enable me to travel light to Malaysia, due to return several days later, despite that I was willing to book a room for the period following my return to Singapore.

Warning Dont Go To This Hotel!!!! Im 70 years old , I was stuck in there broke elevator for 20 minutes in the heat by myself, and I suffer from heart issues .Ringing there phone and the alarm with no responds so I had to make a international phone call to my wife on her US cell and pay for both fees appox $20.00 to have her get someone to rescue me as I was about to pass out . I asked them to cover my $20.00 for my international calls but they refuse I also spoke to a manager and her response was they lease the building and I would need to speak to the people they lease the building from. I had no time to do that as my cruise ship back to USA was leaving in a few hours . Please realize Im handcap also and cant stand very long with my knees.

Professional stay. I spent 3 nights at Yotel. My room was very comfortable but a little small. Absolutely nothing to say about the service, the hotel is new and extremely well located (very close to Orchard Road). CheckIN and CheckOUT autonomous.

Great hotel, a little pricey perhaps because Formula One Singapore this weekend. Great service. Very simplistic but eclectic. Breakfast not so good.

We loved our stay. Comfortable beds, best location, clean, fun hotel.

Clean and perfect for one person considering the size. However, I disliked the bathroom frosted glass partition/walls because it’s invades privacy (almost transparent) if shared with a friend plus no partition between toilet potty and shower (resulted in pretty wet bathroom !) However, I loved the window view.

My first time at this hotel, and my expectations were all exceeded. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and complete room amenities (kettle, refrigerator, safe, slippers, TV, charging ports …). Room is compact but very functional. Love it and highly recommended!

Everything was really good.

The room was very clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and I liked that they had the extra sofa bed option for a third person. Many hotels are getting lazy about cleaning hotel rooms daily, but they did a great job of keeping it clean every day. The price was on the high side but it was worth being comfortable and having the convenience of being so close to the shopping mall. The staff was helpful and I never found myself having to wait long to get help. Also, the staff gave us accurate information which was a big help. There was some water leak near the refrigerator, and I would see water in the safe and on the counter, which gave the room a musty smell. That was the only down side. The breakfast at the hotel is really good and worth the extra money. Room has free espresso, tea, coffee, and water. Also they have a gym which we used. I read about robots delivering stuff to the rooms. I never experienced that, they helped us directly every time. I went here because Expedia recommended it. My husband was worried it wouldn't be good. Overall , I would stay there again, and I am pretty picky.

The sink is next to the bed, which makes the room very humid. There is no shower curtain to cover the bathing area. After taking a bath, the whole bathroom is wet. There is no refrigerator. The sound insulation equipment is very poor, and you can hear the sound of bathing next door.

The location was great but this is definitely a budget hotel.

Location is great as it's just beside/behind International Building. Can take the lift inside International Building if you do not want to take the stairs. Self service check-in kiosk does not recognise SG driving licence so need to go to front desk to c/i. Room (triple room) was compact but has everything you would likely need. There's toothbrush, clothes hangers, mineral water bottle, coffee and tea, kettle. Body/hand lotion also provided but the type you can't removed. I like that it has 'hidden storage' so it's not cluttered upfront. E.g. ironing board, umbrella are hidden. Only thing to note is that the bathroom door seems to be too lightly frosted. So you can 'see' the person who's sitting on the toilet bowl or taking off clothes - a bit awkward. Breakfast is good. It indicates continental but also has noodle, naan and curry, pau, congee, vegetarian spring roll etc. Not a full scale buffet spread but definitely more than bread, cereal and pastries.

In case you need to be in Orchard, there’s a really good option

My daughter and I stayed at the Yotel for two weeks during our visit to Singapore (5-18 August). It is very conveniently placed for the MRT and all the shops and restaurants on Orchard and Scotts Roads. The room was very clean; my only criticism being that as there were two of us, there was limited storage and hanging space. The staff, both at reception and the cleaners, were very helpful and friendly. The pool was lovely, albeit a bit small, but it was lovely to spend time in it. I would definitely stay there again, but book a bigger room if there were more than two people. I was able to book a late check-out on our departure day for a reasonable fare. I highly recommend doing this if you have a late departure from the airport, as this enabled us to do some sightseeing before coming back to the hotel and doing some final packing and to have a shower before departing for the airport.
