The location of this hotel is very closed to Bencoolen, Bras Basah and Dhoby Ghaut MRTs, within a few minutes walking distance.
I enjoyed staying at the hotel very much, the staffs at lobby reception were great and they are very helpful, always attentive to my inquiries and requests. Room is very clean and quiet, bed is super comfortable. I definitely will stay here again as my preferred hotel in Singapore.

Excellent stayed, however, I had a connecting door to my room, that I did not requested, we had to hear all conversations, so it became noisy at times.

The pool on the roof top is definitely a winner. We had a nice room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was cleaned every 2 days but could have been done everyday if asked for. No restaurant for breakfast but 2 places very nearby. Great location with 2 subway stations around the corner. Would go back for sure.

The area is pretty quiet compared to Orchard. The hotel is very dim, does not have a good vibe.

I like that the rooms were very spacious. However, it was pretty dusty, so my son kept sneezing because of his allergies. And the toilets had water flies coming out of the drain. It was pretty disgusting.

Property is well located 2 blocks from SMU. Hotel is ok for the price. A bit pricier for what you get. It offers washers and dryers in the building which is very nice for a week stay.
The towels were very old and had holes on them. AC units are noisy.
No breakfast or bar. You have a 7Eleven two buildings towards the corner. Metro station is right in front of the hotel and grab service right there.

The manager there has a rather unprofessional, if not disrespectful, service attitude toward customer requests. He only referred everything to ‘their policy’ and has terrible ‘soft skills’ that is the most important skills for anyone in the managerial position for any service oriented business.
I am expecting to make 5 to 10 trips per year to Singapore in the coming 10 years.
I liked the location but unfortunately it was my first time staying at this hotel and it would also be my last time.
I am coming back to Singapore again this week, and I booked another hotel on the same street near by. There are quite a few choices within 2 blocks.
I own my own business and I will never let the current manager there be in that position in my own business.

The property was amazing and a very pleasant stay. The customer service was very delightful. The staff always kept all areas in cleanliness. Everyone was always willing to help. Everything was close enough that you could walk to.

Lovely hotel with modern decor and spacious clean rooms, staff were great, fantastic location with short walk to sights, shopping and transport, only marked it down by 1 star because the bar never seemed to be open, although there are plenty of places to go nearby

The 30 Bencoolen is located near the downtown line which connects to other lines which makes touring easy. Art museum is nearby and restaurants are nearby. During my stay there did not appear to be meal service in the hotel. The highlight is a nice lap rooftop pool which is well maintained.

Pool closing a bit too early. At 9PM you are just back from dinner and pool is already closed. Overall, pool area is nice and clean and not very busy.

Super nice hotel with an amazingly helpfull staff. The rooftop pool was awesome and so was the cleanliness. 30 mins walk to most touristy attractions. Would 100% recommend. Only negative thing to say was that the room didn’t have a view, it was facing another building but this wouldn’t stop us from a revisit
