This was a really cut property and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay at this cute and historic BnB. Derek was very nice but i also felt like i had the place to myself. the building is full of history and makes you feel like a part of it. the room was quiet, comfy, and well air conditioned on a scorcher of a summer day! Walking distance to downtown, Doc Holliday Grave, the river, and much more. I had no issues street parking right in front of the house. Would definitely stay here again.

So comfortable and relaxing. Really cool historic home. Great service and access to the host while preserving privacy. Great location. We didn't have to drive much all weekend.

We loved this BnB and the owner was so kind and helpful! Great location to walk around downtown, hardly drove at all. Snack and beverage selection was nice as well!

Very friendly host. Nice comfortable room. It was built in the early 1900’s or late 1890’s so you can’t expect it to be modern. It was exactly what you would want an older B&B to be!

This bed and breakfast was amazing ! I took my wife out to Glenwood for our anniversary and it was very special! The house is cute and historic! The owner Derek was super helpful when we checked in. The down stairs is very clean ! Snacks to be had and the muffins are delicious!
Its a quick walk to downtown and in a nice neighborhood . The parking in the back is a nice touch.
The best part was the patio at night. Set up with a little table top fire pit, a tv and a hot tub ! We highly reccomend for a cute spot that isnt your typical hotel room !

We absolutely loved our stay, it was so charming, quiet, and the hosts were impeccable. We loved the hot tub and clawfoot tub, and the ability to walk to everywhere we wanted to be!
Only knock was the bed could have been comfier, a little stiff, but don’t want to knock an otherwise fabulous stay. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Not only was it in a convenient location, but the property was in Excellent Condition. The room and bedding were so very comfortable. The service was top notch and the jet tub made it for an awesome experience. I would definately stay here again!

First time staying here, comfortable, clean, appointed nicely with interesting historical pictures and stories. Hot tub is a great way to end a busy day of activities. 👍 we’ll be back, great value! Walking distance from downtown shopping and vaudeville show!

We had a truly wonderful time during our stay. Derek was very accommodating and had several nice little touches that made the stay even better. Breakfast items, makeup remover, heaters, bath bombs, etc. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely charming! First timers in a B&B. We were greeted by the owner who gave us a quick tour and showed us everything we need to know and took us up to our room and left us be. We had an amazing time and the hot tub!!! Clean and spelled! It was perfect for a short get away!

The room was well decorated and pleasant. The continental breakfast was not very fresh. There were only sweet options. No really good protein to give us the energy we needed to the start of our day.

This is a gorgeous little town and the BnB was nicely situated close to everything. They even have bicycles to borrow to run around! This cute old house was comfortable, clean, and welcoming.

I'm so grateful to have found this hidden gem in Glenwood Springs. The house is full of charm and history, and Derek has made it into the perfect relaxing oasis. I stayed here on a little solo weekend and got a massage from Megan (highly recommended). Try the bath bombs, they are amazing! I will definitely be back for a full weekend next time.

I couldn't stop taking pictures, it was adorable! Will definitely check their availability first each time we return.

Derek is a fantastic host and his B&B is wonderful. The room was cozy, exceptionally clean, and the bed was huge and very soft and comfortable. Derek went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect and offered great amenities. The hot tub and fire pit in the back is amazing on a cold night. A very relaxed, friendly environment and walking distance to a ton of restaurants. We're already making plans to come back!
