My family and I checked in on 10/3/24 and checked out on 10/7...two days before hurricane Milton made landfall, and we were waiting for the Breeze trolley,... bus,... whatever, to take us to the airport. When we finally saw Breeze driver turn the corner towards the hotel pick up area, he/she didn't even stop at the designated spot to give us a chance to walk out from the hotel lobby. They just blew by the pickup point (clearly marked as any other mass transit stop) and kept going. Wind was already kicking up, it was raining, and we had a flight to catch. After we told the hotel manager what had happened, he asked his shuttle driver to take us to the airport; even though the hotel shuttle does not pickup/drop-off at the airport or beaches. The hotel manager was very empathetic and apologized for the inconvenience (even though none of it was his fault). Long story short, our stay was very pleasant, the entire staff was cordial and accommodating, and the management went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! Beautiful clean room! Very nice snack time! Beautiful pool on 8th floor with AMAZING view! At this time $37.50 for parking under hotel, pretty expensive but then it is a stay at the Embassy Suites! There is a $25 fee automatically charged. They say needs to be used at restaurants, will be taken off your bill there. If not used you still pay it. All in all an AMAZING stay!

We had a great room with a beautiful view. Breakfast was awesome with made to order omelets! Location is great with great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only negative was an extra $60 a night for parking and a destination charge? No mention of the parking fee when booking the room. Also the pool area was a little small and hard to get a chair. Other than that we had a great stay.

I only stayed one night- Had to leave because of a hurricane coming- The hotel offers 2 free drinks from 5-6:30, a $25 credit in the restaurant (I got take-out another drink and a pie). Free breakfast. This is a hell of a bargain. The hotel is pretty basic, but has a pool and some nice views. TV is not super smart- could only watch netflix.

Amazing! The bartenders Zacck and Savannah was awesome. They are the ones who td us about the $25 fee. It wasn't described well. It was a great hotel,pool view was awesome.

The room was adjacent to the ice machine room, so between that and the A/C unit in the room, it was a little noisy. A bit confusing to get into the property and to the lobby for registration.

The location was amazing we had a great Anniversary. Thank you to the staff !!!!!!!!

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. From shuttle service to making sure we never went without during happy hour. We will be sure to stay here again

Only complaint is that the parking garage is entirely too tight and cramped. Be careful with your cars

Surprise $35 a night parking, toilet didn't flush, super embarrassing. Keypads in room 1718 do not work. Somfy drapery and shades some didn't work. Resort fees? Really

Beautiful area

Was not really here long enough to get to full time benefits, but between all the family members that were here overnight, I believe we collectively experienced a great deal of what the area has to offer.

This has been our go to Hotel for the last 4 year! Service and amenities are great.

I observe a hotel staff named Eugene got disrespectful to in the pool. His tone of voice was degrading and belittling. He refused to give us his name and was mocking the guests.

Everything was great. The parking lot is very spacious with a lot of space. Beautiful views and very nice staff

Check in was at 3pm but our room wasn’t ready until after 6. We went to the restaurant to eat and waste time waiting for the room and on top of our waiter not speaking or even understanding English, it took hours for service. I literally had to ask if they forgot about us and they just laughed. Then at checkout they charged me for parking even though I don’t have a car. Trying to remove the parking a mistake was typed and it took about 20 minutes for someone to help fix the error. I will never stay at this Embassy Suites again.

Hotel was okay. Clean. Great breakfast. Parking fee was the worst. $35/day for parking. What a rip. The clerk at the front desk informed us of this. I missed it in the Expedia description or I would not have booked this hotel. After her long speech, she forgot to take any car info. Gee. I wonder what would have happened if we hadn't gone back and voluntarily gave her the info. Pool was nice but need updating. Not clean. Photo makes it look cooler than it is. Probably not coming back until $35 parking fee is dropped.

Our stay was excellent! The Bridges restaurant has wonderful servers, kind and quick. We loved the attention and the rooms were awesome. Beautiful view and spacious.

Very clean and modern hotel. 8th floor restaurant is really cool. Staff was very friendly. Shower water pressure was not very good and there was no body wash, the only disappointment. Would love to be back!

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of dining opportunities. My only complaints are the very slow elevators and the restaurant area that is too small to accommodate the busy morning breakfast.
