Room was nice size and clean. Only issue was my room was on 2nd floor facing the main highway. Trying to sleep was my issue. The street is very close to hotel. Every motor cycle and loud car and truck that passed by could easily be heard inside the room. If I ever stay here again I will make sure that I request a room on the other side

Was really not what we were expecting at all especially for something advertised as a 5 star hotel. Rooms and floors dirty especially in common areas Ac is placed right next to ur bed so it just blows in ur face and gave us a cold. Just in general very poor experience and the rating should be much lower for people to know not to expect too much.

Pros: room was modern and in good condition. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Didn’t look like the floor 6 carpet had been vacuumed in days. Cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to detail when cleaning bathroom as there were pubic hairs on the floor ( and not mine). Would be nice if pillow covers fit the pillows ( way too short).
Recommendation: get a printable map of the area to show nearby restaurants. Don’t think it’s good customer service when customers ask the front desk staff for restaurant recommendations and they are told “ to check your phone”.

This was a last minute reservation and it turned out to be amazing. I was traveling with my elderly mother and we had been through an unexpected experience that day. The check in process was great! They told us about all services that they offered from the gym, the food that the bar served, to the shuttle service that they offered. The room was great. It was clean, had two queen beds, a coffe maker, AND a microwave! I am so glad that THIS hotel was the one I selected.

Our stay was fine..just overnight after our cruise. The shuttle service staff our very friendly & courteous!
Our room was spacious & clean…the lobby was a hot mess as far as cleanliness! At 4:30 in the morning it should have been clean. Nope..the carpeting was excessively littered with crumbs etc, from the previous day!

We booked this stay during hurricane Milton evacuation because it stated it was pet friendly. The day before check in we received an early check in notice that stated it was not pet friendly and if we bring a pet on the premises we would be charged $250. After trying to call- this was a treat- we were told there would be $150 charge for a pet. We sent an email to the hotel asking about the pet fee, and 24 hours later, received an answer that they charge $50 for a pet. We were already on our way back to the West Coast by that point. We were not going to stay and pay more for the pet fee than the cost of the hotel room. If we had signed the document sent for early check in, we probably would have been charged $250. This was an awful situation to be in during an emergency when all hotels were booked.

The room was clean and comfortable but the breakfast (paid) was not very good (Bland, dry, not very flavorful).

Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Easy pick up from the airport but it was a long walk (not their fault just how the airport is set up)

Check in was quick. Clerk was friendly and efficient, and didnt blink when my dinner was delivered 10m later.

The AC will turn on every 10 minutes and make a very loud noise. You could hear everything from outside. Could not sleep!

Overall good for an airport stay. Its 5 min from FLL, they offer a shuttle there and parking for your car and they have an in-house restaurant/bar which was convenient. We had good late night cuban sandwiches. The ac in the room is a wall unit and made a lot of noise and was very humid in the room.

Sam at front desk was excellent. He was very accommodating and had a positive attitude. Was able to give me accurate local info when requested, and was always pleasant.
The room cleanliness was not up to standard. The floor feels like it was unswept/unmopped.

It was nice inside although one was f the elevators was broken. We went on a cruise and the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and then just $15 per person to the port was great! Room was clean and comfy. The neighborhood wasn’t desirable. There always a Fish Grille on the next block which was fantastic but not much else.

Location was very good, near the airport and only 7 min by car to the beach.
Breakfast was simple and good and all the staff we encountered was kind.
The room was clean and modern and the cherry on top was the free parking.
A few things we didn’t like: the pool water was misty and they charged us 2 dollar for each peace of luggage we left the reception after the check out (no other hotel in our trip did it).
