Small room but perfect for me. Great location.

All except one - were Exceptional! Place was very clean! Geeat attention to modern materials when remodeled. Rooms rather small - but organized. Great pillows! No microwave or Frig. For the price close to capital - it was good choice! Kinda on a back street- a small food stand 200ft away open 24bhrs. I felt safe day or night - walking in area. Right off main street with jeepnees and taxi.

Reception close at 6pm not 9 as in the add Window with a dark wall outside We did pay extra for better room and breakfast Very big breakfast menu but we were offered 4 standard phillipino rice breakfast As a european I don't eat rice at breakfast Staf was very friendly If you find out after booking the hotel change the conditions you can still not cancel I want to know in advance what I am paying for Maybe my fault I normaly only book hotel with all taxes included in the price Here they added nearly 1000 pesos Now in covid times with few guest a hotel must try to attract guest by price and conditions

Hotel was good for a short stay. Location was good and local to everything.

Bedbites in one of our 3 rooms. Had to throw away lots of infested clothes. Also bad service, reception refused to change bed linnen despitre visible stains and funky smell (yes, the same bed who we got bet bites from!). Reception could not arrange a mini van for our family so we went to the hotel next door who could arrange it with no problems. Would not recommend this hotel.

The room had many little insects. The water pressure was very low in the shower, staff couldnt communicate well in English. The neighborhood was sketchy but the main road nearby had lots of options for restaurants. I wouldnt stay there again.

Nice new boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Nice sized room, clean linen and towels. Clean bathroom w/ water heater. Daily unobtrusive room cleaning. Electric kettle w/ daily water, quiet strong ac, sat tv, wifi, no refrigerator, no dining room service. Comfortable new firm bed and pillows. Didn’t avail of cafe or breakfast.

Breakfast was included with the price , unfortunately each morning was a long wait , with only myself and partner in dinning room , they could not even make toasted bread , I stayed 6 nights, on the 4th morning at 0855 t dishes from the seven on the menu were unavailable, I asked for continental breakfast, which consisted of 1 fried egg + toast with jam , This was not available due to no bread apparently, The rooms were clean and serviced regularly , Breakfast I would not recommend

Clean and nice rooms. Free bottled water (small) in the room on arrival. Convenient location. WiFi is ok. Breakfast options and quantity are limited. One morning, reception called us randomly whilst we were still sleeping to tell us the menu over the phone and ask to make the order so they could prepare there and then... when we said we were not ready to eat, they asked when we wanted to eat and ultimately ended the conversation saying they would call later... but it was ok to order once at the restaurant.

iam sure they gave me wrong room. it was too small bed incorrect admentlies non exsist I was suppose to have a couple of upgrades to room if they had any rooms lower then this it would be standing room only

A new hotel. In the center of the city, so accessible to everywhere. No restaurant yet. However, eating places abound nearby.

Out 10 i rate this hotel a average 5. The room is okay the bed is not really comfy and the aircon noise shaking the whole night the shower is terrible. And the worst part is they charged us 600php for a missing towel that we didn’t even have.

Satisfied with our stay. Clean and the service was good. The employees on duty were just a call away and they answered all our requests and questions :)

I kind of expected some modern room amenities but as the hotel just started operations this year I guess its understandable that theyre still missing some of it. The comfort rooms tiles can be pretty slick if youre not careful so I guess that merits some concern and the place could use some more efficient ventilation in it. The room could also use some reachable light switches by the bedside. I was looking forward to a room with a better view. For some reason, it wasnt ready so I had to take a prepared room on a much lower floor. The neighborhood has at least 3 convenience stores nearby and some choice places to eat (if you dont mind walking a bit more). Id recommend dropping by in months where there are no monsoon rains.

limited parking. its newer!!!!.... if this had a free refridgerator it would be perfect...but book online. its cheaper than the desk. only downside...no restaurant and no breakfast. but you are close to food....

This hotel is in an ok location. No WiFi in the rooms but works well in the reception area. Staff very friendly and helpful. 24 hour 7/11 right down the road.

new hotel but already old... broken painting... cleaning not serious (a lot of hairs) and the worst, very noisy room, we can ear everything from outside...staff not professionnal, so very disappointed
