Quiet and breakfast was OK . Nice to have a little something first thing. Coffee was really good.

Breakfast was great one day and less the second.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, good free breakfast, helpful staff, plenty of free parking. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave too. Many restaurants nearby. Fast roomy elevators.

There is loud construction going on and I am still paying full price for NO SLEEP

I spent roughly 25-35 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front desk to check in. One gentleman came in and left after waiting 10 minutes and went to the Holiday Inn across the street. I called the front desk while sitting in lobby, 3 separate times, 10 minutes apart with no answer. On the 3rd call an employee walked out of the office to answer the phone. I told them it was me calling. Had I not already paid and it was nonrefundable, I would have we elsewhere.

Everything was nice, felt comfortable and safe. Close to so many places. Only issue was that the shower could use a caulking update but nothing to worry about as a guest.

Great place to stay. A lot of food choices close to the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in. Clean hotel.

The staff at the front desk was amazing and was able to fix a mistake that I made on a reservation!

We enjoyed our one night stay. Clean, comfortable, nice helpful staff. Our only dissapointment was the Waffle irons were not working because of a faulty plug in, or waffle iron, and no one seemed to care, or help fix the problem. I had to tell them the issue, they were clueless. They never got it fixed. But the rest of the breakfast was great so we did not suffer😉😊

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was large, clean and had a great layout. My husband and kids stayed here for a Chiefs game and we choose to come back because they were so pleased the first time. This will definitely be our hotel to stay when coming to KC

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived at the hotel we were told because we booked with a 3rd party company (Hotels.com) and not directly through the hotel that they do not have to guarantee what we booked. Instead we were given a king bed w/a pull out couch that was smaller than a queen for 2 adults and 2 adolescents of opposite sexes that are not siblings. There were not hotels that had any vacancies in the immediate area due to sports tournaments. Very disappointed!

The study was great. However the bed was very uncomfortable. It was very hard. I had to sleep on a chair the second night we were there. Staff were amazing! Breakfast was more than enough. Many options

Made reservation through expedia; called 48 hours before originsl check in date and asked to change date to one day prior. Expedia called hotel to ger approval and hotel gave it - received updated itinerary, etc. Check in on new, earlier date, front desk staff insisted the changes i made were not valid and that Expedia had made an error by "not putting changes in their system", but with confirmation emails and new itineraries with the new date, clearly Expedia did make those changes. Staff claimed Expedia didnt call front desk, and then changed her story when I pointed out that i had been on the phone and heard Expedia talking to the hotel - i heard them typing and say to Expedia changes were "all set". Then stadf claimed she was the one who had received the call about changes that i had heard talking to Expedia, and denied telling them things were taken care of. When confronted about why she didnt immediately admit she knew of the change situation, she then claimed she had "forgotten" about the call feom Expedia the day before. Expedia did everything correctly and the hotel staff did not, and then lied repeatedly. Joked with other guests that they had "49 open rooms" but wouldnt change my PAID FOR reservation to that night. Canceled rest of weekend and drove 4 hours home in the middle of the night in frustration.
