I never got to stay at the hotel because they canceled my reservation an hour before I was to check in.. they blamed it on overbooking and because I booked through a third party. PEOPLE DONT BOOK FROM THIRD PARTIES. Management at the hotel were rude, unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate

I checked in very late & the overnight front desk receptionist was just rude, arrogant, & very nonchalant as if he didn’t want to help me when I asked him simple questions. The male staff was more interested in his phone, when I asked questions the remark was very sarcastic. I was put in a double queen after I booked a king. The room had a very weird stench. When I asked the staff if it was possible to change the room, his answers were just smart & rude.

Our room was nice however our microwave did not work and was never fixed. Our toilet ran the entire time we stayed and it was never fixed, the parking was terrible especially considering I am a single female traveling with my two daughters.

The area seemed fine. The property was well kept and attractive. Our room was clean with the amenities we like: a fridge, microwave and couch in front of the tv. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!!

I booked two rooms with two beds and they gave me a room with one bed. The bathroom door was stuck, the shower was releasing little water and the bedroom curtain wouldn't open.

They gave away my room as I checked in late, even though I called to say I would be late. I had to find another hotel for my family to stay in at 11pm at night.

I would stay here again. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and it was convenient to the airport and even traveling into NYC by the train.

Booked a 2 queen beds room and got a 1 King bed. They said they didn’t have more rooms available, which was a great inconvenience since we were traveling with kids.

I got one king bed instead of 2 queen beds.. the hotel did not do anything about it and your customer service promised to offer resolution within 72 hours but I never received any call or response. I have severe back issues after this stay and it was a very bad experience. What is the status of refund request.

I booked online. There was no mention of a charge for parking overnight. In fact, I thought it said free parking. I also chose the hotel because it had a pool. I was disappointed to learn that the pool was closed. Other than that, the room, met my expectations.

The room was clean and well equipped for my needs. Very close to the airport. Transportation was on time and the driver was kind and helpful. Very nice respectful and helpful staff. My flight was early so I didn’t stay for breakfast.

Room was average, could use some updating. Stool was torn, wall paper coming off. We booked because it had a pool and upon arrival at 4:30 the pool was closed and nothing was on the web site that it was closed. Maybe understaffed, not sure,but was never told a reason. Staff were friendly.

The front desk staff was disinterested in solving customer problems. Thankfully, the maintenance team felt otherwise

Booked the hotel being mom had a flight out of Newark in the morning. Upon arrival, we were notified that the flight was cancelled. Jasmine at the front desk was pleasant, the suite was huge. Only stayed about an hour before we had to leave to head to Philadelphia for an alternate flight at 6.a.m.
