My stay was very good. The room was very tastefully presented with high quality fixtures and fittings. The venue was spotlessly clean and the hosts clearly pride themselves on making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Our stay was wonderful. Adrian and his wife really did think of everything. A very welcoming couple.
They kindly let us check in early. Provided some lovely room refreshments such as cookies, biscuits and chocolates.
It’s the best nights sleep we’ve had in a long while. The bed was soooo comfortable.
Breakfast was 11/10! The quality and quantity was superb.
The area is also really quaint. We took a stroll to The Crown for our evening meal, and again excellent service and food.
We will be recommending the B&B to everyone we know.

Had a nice stay at this hotel, a bit hard to find hidden behind the corner shop and the parking leaves something to be desired. But the room was nice and was greeted in a friendly manner.
Good range of breakfast options I couldn't fully explore but did enjoy my fresh cooked full English.

Good food and friendly service available at The Crown, which is walking distance from The Barn.
We stayed in Room 1 at The Barn, which is on the ground floor at the front of the property. A beautiful, air-conditioned (that we didn't use) room, but the windows didn't appear to be easily opened (which is our preference at night). Also, the excellent shower isn't really high enough for guests over about 5'10". Having said that, still a lovely place to stay and highly recommended.

A gem of a find for a restful one night stay on our long drive home from Scotland. Warm,comfy,beautiful decor & delicious breakfast. Great, warm-hearted hosts. And a nice pub nearby for evening meal. All perfect!

Lovely place. Will stay again, only issue was the room was freezing when i got there, 14C on the radiator, had to sleep in my shirt, warmed up at night but still not ideal. Lovely room and breakfast however.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Barn. The rooms were immaculately clean and every little personal detail was considered. The breakfast was the best we have had at any accommodation. The owners are very friendly. The village is very quaint. 10/10

What a fabulous little gem.
Superbly decorated rooms and with plenty of tea, coffee, juices and locally producrd biscuits.
I stayed in the small attic room which was ample for me.
The breakfast was superb and cooked to order from the menu being supplied the evening before.
The hosts were amazing and upon arrival a welcome fresh coffee was made to take to the room.
All in all....SUPERB 10/10

Fantastic modern barn renovation. Rooms are bright, immaculate and comfortable. The hosts can't do enough to make you feel welcome and your stay memorable. Great location in a lovely village. I would definitely stay again.

The Barn is a beautiful, small country B&B with a lovely, comfortable room. The owners were friendly upon our arrival and the breakfast was very tasty and all locally sourced. The hotel was located close to Leeds but also in a peaceful country village giving us the best of both worlds during our stay. However, the hosts were more informal than we are used to regarding communication/privacy. This may be a issue for some guests.

Located in a charming village, the accommodation is beautiful and has all the modern facilities within traditional buildings. Faye and Kevin are very welcoming and the breakfasts are the best we’ve ever had, with a big choice of locally sourced products. We’ll be back. :)
