Very friendly and efficient staff. Room was pretty small and basic but made a good, fairly central base.

Place is okay. Pricey for a tight room. And dissappointed for the luggage storage fee.

Staff were lovely but room was dirty, had been smoked in and the shower dripped all night which made it hard to sleep. We also booked 2 rooms and at 9:30pm they called my son and cancelled my his room (he hadn’t check in in yet as was playing a professional football match and we had to go straight to dinner from there). That meant he had to stay in another hotel which was an hour away from this one walking or 45 mins by train. That really messed up our morning as it meant we couldn’t see him and had to send his birthday gifts over to the other hotel by Uber in the morning. Although the staff obliged and were lovely, it was a poor effort on behalf of Point A. Cancelling that late in the evening when you are already out is not good. How do you double book a room? He had already paid for it. We almost always use Point A hotels when going to London. Not sure we will use this one again.

An amazing place to stay, close to public transport & many food options. Very reasonable price for the city, given the high quality. I will be choosing to stay here again for future visits.

Great location! Perfect for a place to stay while enjoying the sighs of London. Great underground route & plenty in the area also. Room was cosy but perfect

Definitely small double room as per old London standard. You have to be physically fit in order to manage yourself in this tiny room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staffs. Worth the money. If you want bigger rooms, try looking at newer area like Canary Wharf.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, clean and modern, the location is perfect for both the airport and central London! Highly recommended!!

It was wonderful! Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. Rooms are small but for a short stay it was perfect close to the underground. Would definitely stay here again.

I like where the hotel was located, near subway station and laundry facilities as well as place to eat. I plan to go back to London and was going to pick this hotel again.

Terrible stay, both mornings we were woken up by a member of staff drilling in the corridor outside our room.
I know we chose a cosy double but you do not expect a room so small you cannot have two people moving around the room at once. It is so small you can't pass each other anywhere in the room.

Very very small room, so small that my husband and I couldn't pass each other in the room and we aren't big people. We got it with a big discount meaning we paid £25. Anymore than that and I would have cancelled and got somewhere else.
It was however clean with a comfy bed and ok bathroom. Just impossible to function in unless you take turns sitting on the bed

This property is nice and well located near the Earl’s Ct tube station in Kensington. The “cozy” room is very small so be aware. Rather tight for 2 people.

It was a very nice hotel and served our purpose fairly well. I only wish there was a bit more room in the room.

The staff were so so friendly and made this stay amazing! The rooms are perfect for a short stay and there is great breakfast options. The communal room is cozy. The location is ideal ! Overall the stay was amazing!

Staff was very friendly and it was in close distance to lots of shopping and restaurants

The hotel was beautifully clean and the staff were very kind. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and the lounge area was very calm and relaxing. The room we had was quite small but clean and comfy. 3 small negatives, only 1 double electric socket on one side of a bed another above it in a little cabinet so we had to buy an extension lead so the other person could charge their phone on their side, no kettle in the room which meant you needed to go down to ground floor to get hot water and lastly no iron in the room, you did however have an ironing room in the basemen but the iron was not great so would recommend taking a hand steamer if you need clothes for a meeting. I maybe missed reading about those things so could be my error.

I've stayed at this Point A location at least a dozen times, and it never disappoints. Perfect size for a solo traveler, quiet at night, less than 10 minutes walk to Earls Court tube station in one direction, and 10 minutes in the other is Kensington High Street. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful – zero complaints.

We had an amazing experience, staff was lovely and very helpful with directions, suggestions, even providing ideas for places to go and visit since day 1! Very convenient location from the airport to the hotel and lot of restaurants around, stores and pharmacies.

This hotel was great!! rooms were a bit small and squished which was a bummer, we could only fit one suitcase on the ground at a time. but other than that it was terrific - the front desk girls were so nice and accommodating, the breakfast was yummy and they had ac in the rooms! definitely would stay here again, only a short walk from the underground

If you will stay for less than 5 days and bring one piece of luggage is ok, the room was extremely small, there is not even a place to put your clothes. The staff was great, loved the breakfast, 7-8 minute walk to underground and 5 min to bus stop. Bars/restaurants options in the area

I enjoyed the ease of walking to the train station, and also that Freddie Mercury's former home is right behind the hotel property.

The property was clean and bright but the rooms was beyond small. There wasn’t even space to open a suitcase. The bathroom was fine, but the shower was very small and awkward to get into. If you are above average sized, you will struggle. This is a good hotel if you don’t plan on spending any time in the hotel because it is just so small. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend time in the lobby, but it was full of chairs and tables for working.

The property itself was walking distance to the metro. Metro was about a 10 minute walk to the right and restaurants were a 15 minute to the left. Very centric and convenient.
The rooms were very tiny. Our original room had a window reserved. Once in the room, noticed that the window faced a wall. Requested another room with a window and was given an option to move but was able to view it first. Which was odd but went with it as I wanted ventilation and to see something else that a wall. We were given a room on the first floor which had a view of the garden. It was perfect but the room seemed smaller. Great for one person but don’t recommend for two.
The staff was not friendly or accommodating at all with an exception of one employee in the night shift. She was very professional, accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. Thank you Sarah!
The rest of the staff seemed very bothered by any question. For example, we asked a manager and a guy during the night shift for an extra pillow and towels. They said IF they have any extras, they would bring it to the room. That never happened! Another guest asked for a pillow and the same employee jumped off her office chair (which is where they spent most of their time) and went to get a pillow to her. Really??? Is it because I’m a man, an American? Another example, their water that is in their common area was empty. Were uoset because I asked for more.

The room was much smaller than anticipated. The staff were super nice, and the breakfast was good. I would have liked to have a washcloth with the towel. It would have been nice to have a night stand beside each bed. I would have liked the garbage in the room to have been emptied daily. It was very warm in the room, and it had to adjusted by front staff. There was no phone in the room to call downstairs if there was a problem.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights in August. Cosy small rooms with mood lighting though provision of hand towels and tissues would have been appreciated. Staff were helpful though and breakfast was well presented.

I love the decor in this hotel. The staff was very friendly....and giving a shout out to Thilly and Kevin for making me feel welcomed. Overall everything was great. The rooms are very small but considering, that you're only going to need somewhere to sleep it was ok. It was a good location and you can do a lot of walking.

Great hotel in an excellent, quiet area that has many food options. Staff were lovely and friendly, and the hotel is clean. The rooms are VERY cozy/small but they were nice and suited our needs. Breakfast was very tasty.

Stayed in a few areas around Earlscourt before but this place is the best one so far, quiet I mean you don't hear any traffic from the room we stayed in. The only thing I complain is the lack of plate even a small plate to dish out your croissant during breakfast. Other than that it was all good. And will defintely stay in this hotel again 😊

Basic but functional. Clean, quiet, efficient. Excellent breakfast buffet. No bar or restaurant. No mini-bar/fridge in room. Rooms are on the SMALL side…
Still, would book it again, as it was clean, and did the job for us. If you have more than one suitcase, you will have to be creative. NO SPACE, to unpack anything.

Paid for a room with windows but got one without any windows at all. Also, we were supposed to have breakfast included but was surprised when we were told that breakfast wasn’t included on the first night but was included on the 2nd day. Who would book a room with breakfast for just one day? The room was also tiny. Reminded me of the hotels in Japan. Patrycia and
Shay made our stay as pleasant as possible though.

The rooms are very small, but if you are planning on exploring the town and just sleeping at the hotel, it gets the job done!
The outside of the hotel does not look appealing but once you get in the lobby, everything looks nice and updated. We enjoyed our stay and staff was friendly!
