Place was nice, people were good. Breakfast kinda sucked. They had a waffle iron and what seemed like microwaved omelettes and breakfast sausage sandwiches

The only thing I was thrown off by was the incidental charges. I expected to see that in the app saying there were going to be refundable incidental charges, even if the amount wasn’t known so we could have prepared for that. It was $150 incidental charge. The place is okay but not worth $150 incidental charge. For this place to be new, it had a lot of maintenance work done. I don’t think it was worth the high price we paid for the room. We made our room comfortable by little things like bringing our own sheets, buying our own bath supplies and I don’t understand having a whole kitchen without a stove. We did like the fact they provided dishware.

Hotel appeared to be fairly new. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, cleanliness was a problem. The carpet was dirty. There was also a mushroom/fungus growing outside of the shower. I reported this when I checked out. I'm not sure if I will ever be in Rochester again, but if so, I will stay somewhere else.

Property was very convenient to the Strong Museum. Rooms were very big and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. I definitely would recommend this place.

First time staying here and had no idea Hilton was this good! Traveled far with family and small dogs and it was Definitely a top quality stay. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The room, property, and facilities were exceptional. I highly recommend!

Was there and sheets were not changed in my 5 day stay. I loved it there your staff all of them from the GM to the desk to you food and maintenance staff were friendly. I was very comfortable there .

The hotel is new and exceptional. My room was huge with a kitchenette, sofa, and everything I needed with the exception of a restaurant there or in the area.The staff gave me directions to places to buy food, but it was too late by the time I checked in.Other than that, I recommend it highly as a place to stay.

Beautiful new hotel, very welcoming staff, except that the room was not clean a lot of dust on the fridge, table and shower not washing with germs.

Room was great. Very comfotable bed and pillows. Liked design eg kitchenette, curtain separating sofa from bed. Breakfast so so, no yogurt and would have preferred hot eggs and bacon/sausages over sandwiches

Proerty is very clean, breakfast is outstanding and plenty. Staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are extremely spacious. Nice size pool and gym. The room has microwave, large fridgerator and freezer, dishwasher and plates. The only downfall is you will need transportation to get to restaurants and other things to do.

The overall property was very clean and the staff was very attentive. I also needed a private internet connection as a government agency employee. I was provided a contact number where I was assisted successfully. This property is definitely a Hidden Gem in Greece Rochester.

This Home2Suites is clean, spacious, modern, and comes with a substantial breakfast - hot eggs, yogurt, make-your-own-waffles, juice, fruit, toast.
It's near the highway, but not so close that you hear traffic. The rooms are spacious and truly have everything if you need an extended stay - full fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses -- or if you're saying a few nights like my family did.
Didn't use the pool, but it's open late. Also the hotel is near enough to a bunch of chain restaurants.

We stayed in a suit room as a family of four. It was a great experience. Room, pool, breakfast area was clean. Stuff were nice. We would love to come and stay there for our next trip as well

We stayed at Home2 Suites with our grandsons for an overnight and a pool. The staff was amazing going out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Our suite was perfect for the 4 of us, better than the suites in other nearby hotels where we've also done an overnight.

The hotel is either brand new or just looks like it. Very well managed, very clean. The rooms are unusually large; gym indoor pool are very clean and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast - also not usual hotel breakfast. the pet-friendly stuff gave our lab a lot of threats, he was super happy. Overall we were really impressed!

The room had a kitchen but no way to cook because no pots, no utensils, plates, glasses! It was useless. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel twice, so my son could look at a nearby college. It is convenient location-wise and the staff are pleasant. We look forward to more stays here.

The housekeepers did a really bad job despite us pre-cleaning the room for them each day. The bed was always half made, they took all our towels and didn’t leave clean ones, and there was even two days they just didn’t come
