Great

I arrived in a heavy tropical rain storm an hour early. My room wasn’t ready but the customer service person told me they would prioritize the room cleaning to get me in as as soon as possible. I was ignored. The customer service person ignored me after that and gave no eye contact or reassurance while I waited. I was charged $4.00 for a cup of coffee and didn’t get into my room until 30 minutes after check-in. The Manager arrived and showed no concern for me until while I was finally being checked in, I spoke to her and asked if it is usual to have to wait 30 minutes for a room reservation. (I had been waiting 1 1/2 hours as I arrived early due to heavy rain). Only after that did I request a refund for my coffee. I was offered a bottle of wine which was not really apologizing or acknowledging the lack of customer service. I refused the wine and said a refund of my coffee would be nice. Wouldn’t you think that any Front Desk Clerk or Manager would want to show a gesture of concern, apology at the very least while the situation was unfolding? No apology whatsoever. Then when I realized I had left my umbrella I approached the same Front Desk Clerk who showed no concern that my umbrella was gone and did not even attempt to find out it it had been turned in by anyone and pointed to a container bin by their back door and directed me to look for it. This is not a staff that shows interest in the well being of the guest but nickel and dimes them and feels entitled.

Clean and hospitable

Hotel is very clean, modern looking, with full bar, free breakfast n restaurant all under one roof. Found it very helpful during our stay when Hurricane Helene hit FL. We was stuck inside for a day. Had breakfast, some drinks and dinner buffet without having to leave the hotel during the storm. Staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable

This was a really enjoyable stay for me. All of the staff were great, the breakfast options are reasonable, and the bartender Devin is amazing (she's made some great cocktail mixes available when the bar is open). The format of the rooms are a little unusual with the shower/toilet/sink placement but it still looks really nice and everything was super clean. The pool and hot tub areas are nice and relaxing. There's even some game things that can be played for groups or those with kids (ping pong and corn hole toss). The hotel is closeby the airport, the Ringling museums (yes, those Ringlings), the downtown area and the beach are not far away, and there are many options for great places to eat nearby. The only time I had an issue was trying to get my very old laptop onto the wifi and thats only because it would not go to the correct website to sign in and the lady at the front desk was not aware of the address for the login since it was supposed to be automated. Other than that, everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.

I discovered this hotel earlier in the year...very convenient, affordable, and comfortable! Staff is very friendly and accomodating.

The hotel is very modern, the breakfast is good, and the fitness center is one of the best that I've ever seen at a hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel with no hesitation!! The only problem I had was with trying to extend my stay . I was going through a rough time with my house flooding due to hurricane damage. They could not find any rooms for the same price I paid only a day before!!! You would have thought they would have given me a set price not raise the price.

Modern european style, clean, no frills. Spartan accomodations.

Not friendly staff, $200 damage fee , not even the Ritz Carlton would do that, would not give me a receipt , the worst didn’t get a minute of sleep, the air conditioning was so loud, going on and off , on cool and heat came out, smelled burning a couple of times, and the idea that u can’t check in until 4:00 or pay extra even if you’re room is ready, will never stay there for business,and will tell my company, who has thousands of employees, Plus I paid for add on , and they said I didn’t, so I need a return call or email,

Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and helpful. The room was roomy, clean and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable. It was really quiet despite being next to the airport. Devin the bartender was great company and gave good advice on shopping and local activities.
