The room was great. They had to give us 2 rooms instead of 1 room with 2 beds, it worked out great for us. The front desk staff, Sara, was very nice and accommodating.

Kids were running around in the hall ways at night and slamming emergency doors and fire alarm was pulled

The bathroom was disgusting the blankets felt dirty we went to get breakfast early it was 7:45 and it was empty I asked the lady if they were going to put more and she told me no I won't be back

Good Service

The hotel overall was okay, nothing too spectacular. The room had a stench to it that resembled a nursing home. The hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t get switched. Probably the turn around from the guest prior to us arriving must have been too short for them to thoroughly air the room out and freshen the air. The food in general was ok, however, they were short staffed and it was just one lady doing the cleaning and bringing out meals. By the time we and several other guests came down around 8:30, everything was gone because she was the only one so we had to wait till she stocked before getting food which wasn’t bad however the hotel management should have better prepared the staff for a full hotel that weekend by increasing staff on ground. However she served us with a smile and did not have the aura of irritation. Overall, the hotel is alright if you’re looking for a quick stop to relax before continuing on your journey.

This is just not a nice hotel, if you are someone like me who likes a nice luxury hotel, don't be deceived by how this looks in the pictures. Also, their kitchens don't include a stove, A sink a full size fridge and a microwave is what you will get, And if you really want a plate, they will give you at an extra charge. Also, once you have the room, you are stuck with it, they will not switch rooms for you no matter what they will not refund you make sure you like the room because this is the one you'll be stuck with, They are not willing to work with you. They will give you an excuse and also a runaround like they did me. Their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The bed in our room was so uncomfortable that nobody could sleep, the mattress was sunken , In one spot as if it was somebody's mattress for a long time and their weight had made an imprint on it, very odd for a mattress in a hotel. In addition to the mattress, being awful, they did not give us actual blankets, but there was a bedskirt and a sheet on the bed as blankets so we could not have the AC and snuggle up under covers like we like to do. There was paint chipping off the ceiling. Looks like the ceiling was falling apart, my son kept saying that the ceiling was caving in. Not a very good vibe In the place, I am not sure if people live there, but that is the kind of environments it felt like. Housekeeping never came. I drove home on the last night instead of sleeping there, we hated it.

Wow! This was our first time here. We traveled with myself, my husband, and 3 girls (8,4, &1). The place was clean, full kitchen was convenient for all the snacks the girls love, breakfast was so good and the salsa was delicious. Great choices for everyone on food. Our room was tidied up everyday which was great as busy parents with 3 kids to keep up with. The beds were a little too firm for my liking but that’s the only downside. We will definitely be staying here again! Oh, also very close to SeaWorld.

LOVE this hotel…friendly service from the check in to check out. Very accommodating rooms, comfortable beds and convenient to most things San Antonio. We’ll be back!!!

The place was clean but for some reason the hallways were hot. Almost like the AC didnt work.

Love the design of the place the room was pretty clean for the exception of the restroom it wasn’t super dirty but it wasn’t clean clean. Customer service was good. Water at the pool was a little cool but the pool area is pretty warm. While we swam there was a light that popped out and everyone got out in fear of being electrocuted.

Our room was not clean after calling in the morning and requested room to be clean In the afternoon when we ask about the room not been clean all they offered clean towels and to remove trash your rates are little high and we did not get our room clean ? They did not bother to apologize after been on the sun all day you do look forward to come in to a hotel with a clean room

Great size room and amenities for a family of 6. Room was clean. The housekeeper working the second floor on Saturday 5/25 was amazing! She was friendly and helpful.

Easy check in. Easy access to food places and seaworld and to downtown San Antonio by car.

Brand new and clean. A different concept than what this 62-year-old woman is used to. Very cool.

Nice property. Clean. Large rooms. Great breakfast. Would stay again. BBQs were out of order which was a shame.

ZERO STARS. This has been the worst hotel stay l've ever had. After traveling here to visit SeaWorld and out all day with small tired little kids only to come back and have all of our items from the refrigerator and freezer taken, bed linen, towels and washcloths taken. It clearly states that housekeeping comes every other day, which means no one should've been in our room. I'm assuming housekeeping realized that we weren't checked out and stopped removing everything with the exception of our luggage and our children's personalized cups in the refrigerator. But, then they never came back to replace trash bags, linen, towels, or even clean. They couldn't return our sports drinks, waters, sparkling drinks that were in the refrigerator, our costly ice packs, can't replace the food so that's a loss. None of these items can actually be returned as that's disgusting but I'm in so much disbelief. While at the front desk I request bed linen, towels and washcloths and have someone make the bed. This resulted in me making the bed myself as the employee stated they were not very familiar with the process. This happened 4/20 and no resolution has been provided nor have I been contacted by the hotel still on 4/22.

The staff was a delight. And worked with very well us to solve the few issues that came up.

Home2 staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The suite was clean and was able to sleep our 4 kids with no problem.

There were over 7 cars that were broke into, windows knocked out. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and cracked ceilings

The room was nice and clean. Very comfortable. Everything was pretty much what you would expect and we would stay here again. The pool was horrible had strong chlorine smell that it gave me a headache and the pool was extremely dirty/cloudy I did not get in like I intended.

The facility was good, clean, perfect location for Sea World. The only downfall is that breakfast is ALWAYS finishing and “apparently “ the food isn’t restocked. They only serve a certain amount of food and if it finishes before breakfast hours then they WONT restock it. Poor customer service for breakfast. Everything else was great!

This is a nice stay for a family. Breakfast, while busy (spring break week) was always well stocked. Staff was friendly. My two complaints are that the pool was pretty gross- murky water, clumps of hair on pool deck, and enough chlorine fumes to burn your eyes sitting there. Other complaint was loud neighbors whose behavior was addressed after hours, but not fully enforced and thus kept me and 2 of my children up until 2 am. I get that isn’t the hotels fault, just saying it wasn’t fully addressed.
