Great stay, very clean

Not enough heat in the room where sleep!!! Even not hot water enough for shower too!!!

The location is so convenient to shop around and lots of restaurants nearby.

There was only one chair in the room for us to sit on. Staff claimed that was because the room was a handicapped room and one of the occupants was supposed to be in a wheelchair. Did they never think that a wheelchair bound person might like to get out of the wheelchair and have a more comfortable seat? The bathroom door was unable to be closed. The room was poorly cleaned when cleaned every other day. Breakfast service was understaffed.

Very busy area, lots of restaurants but not very walkable.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helped us find directions on where we were going. Would stay here again.

Midwest middle class mom here. We were in town for soccer. New property and amenities. Had a workout room that was very nice. Nice new TVs. Bed was comfy. Daughter slept on sofa bed but left it as a couch since it was a large, almost day bed size. Large desk space. Staff was friendly. Really nice lobby and outdoor patio both with tons of seating. Laundry facility available I believe for $2 a load. LOTS of restaurants and shopping within a mile. The huge AMC movie theater is basically in the parking lot which was great for sports siblings needing something to do. Easy on/off the interstate. Black bear cafe, Texas Roadhouse, Torchys Tacos, SuperTarget all within very close walking distance. There is a pool, I didnt see it. We had some ants in our room. There was no fan in the bathroom so showers left the entire room hot and humid. The room refigerators are tiny. No free breakfast which is unfortunate for such a nice place - you are paying for a nice hotel and in my opinion it should at least have bagels, fruit, cereal, granola bars. There is a full menu breakfast available but it’s basically a restaurant you have to pay for it. I would stay there again.

Stayed for a basketball tournament, the facility was clean- literally smelled amazing, the moment you walked in! Staff was accommodating and super nice! The pool was warm and clean!! Loved the lobby too, we spend time hanging with the parents at the bar!

Wonderful staff and accommodating for us last minute change in hotels. The other hotel was unfit to stay in and the staff did an amazing job helping us and making us feel safe and comfortable with my mom and daughter. The parking feels safe as well. Lots of hotels do not have sufficient lighting in the lots and this one has so much! But it does not leak through your window when the curtains are shut!! Will recommend this hotel to anyone.

We came to town for one night for a soccer tournament. We had three rooms for the whole family and had the best experience. The hotel is so clean and nice! The rooms are decorated very modern and it was actually enjoyable being in the room hanging out! I am very particular when it comes to hotels too. I will absolutely be back again. The staff was very welcoming and helpful as well and the hotel is close to many shops and restaurants.
